One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Service top notch and staff even better. Greeted and left with local native songs and ceremony. Food excellent. Best in staff was our bar tender Amelia who made us drinks and delivered some of our food. She got to know us and pre made some of our drinks. SUPER kind lady and person. Rooms very clean, large and comfortable. Had our own outdoor shower and private pool. We will definitely go back when we revisit Fiji and Amelia.

This was our first stay in Fiji and it was a beautiful resort. The grounds and facilities were excellent but the staff really made the resort. Every staff member we ever passed smiled, said bula, asked us how we were going and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. The included breakfast was lovely, food was always well presented and nice. We had 2 menus to order from for lunch and dinner, that was varied enough, but might have struggled for more than a week. The seafood pier soecial dinner experience was outstanding!! Service, food and environment was very special. Our only constructive criticism is that this resort could be 4.5 to 5 stars instead if 4, with just a few staff trainings on consistency. Housekeeping was great but never left all replacement towels etc...but took all used ones.... restaurant staff were lovely, but we never got cup, saucer, teaspoon and milk to go with our breakfast tea or coffee service, such an easy way to step up. They could have sold way more drinks by the pool if they walked around asking if we needed anything. These are tiny things but really would have elevated our experience. We loved our stay at Tropica and will return. Our beachfront pool burè was stunning and the staff were outstandingly friendly. The transfers they arranged for us were perfectly executed and price was on point for this resort.

My second time at Tropica this time for a full week. Absolutely perfect place to unwind with the option to snorkel, kayak or use stand up paddle boards. The staff are simply amazing. Warm and friendly, provide exceptional service and we could not fault anything. The food is simply amazing and each day there was lots of variety and the portion sizes were perfect. We have stayed in both the Beachfront pool bure and the Sanctuary suite with plunge pool. We loved both of them. Well done for continuing to create a truly memorable experience and continuing to provide such a welcoming place. Very sad to leave our Tropica family but rest assured we will be back.

My husband and I and the pleasure of staying at Tropica during our honeymoon. Upon arrival the staff will great you with a welcome song and beverage. We highly recommend a Burre with a private plunge pool. Be sure to take the kayaks out to "Rock Island". Just beyond Rock Island is some of the most incredible snorkeling you'll ever see. We also recommend taking a sunset cruise at least one night, although you can see a beautiful sunset during happy hour as well. It's just a 15-minute boat ride from Cloud 9, which is a floating bar and a once in a lifetime experience.

This island resort is so tranquil and raw The beach bure’s with a plunge pool are so beautiful and the staff are so genuine and friendly giving a 5 star service. The moment you step foot on the island you relax into Fiji time. There are many activities to choose from and the spa is great. One of the BEST facials i have ever had, the Tropica Signature Facial by my therapist Quinine. I was transported to another zone, i have had many facials over the years but nothing beats this, she works magic with her hands, amazing relaxing massage. So, so grateful what a treat! A must when staying at this resort. Thank again from Sweet Caroline. Note: if you are looking for a white sandy beach this island doesnt have it but has so much more. Great relaxing stay!
