The new hotel after return is beautiful. Loved the lobby, rooms, etc. I can't say enough good about the room quality. The Peacock alley bar is great. The staff really cares and the concierge team is second to none.

This was our first stay at the newly renovated Waldorf Astoria NYC and it will not he our last! The hotel is absolutely beautiful. A truly magnificent hotel. However, the implacable service is why we will come back to the Waldorf Astoria NYC. Everyone we encounter from check in forward has been genuinely caring and accommodating. Ms. Sabata and Ms. Lauriane hospitality exceeded our expectations. We came to NY to celebrate our anniversary and Ms. Sabata took upon herself to make sure our celebration will be memorable. We were upgraded to a premiere one bedroom suite that left us speechless. And the treats to mark our anniversary just kept coming: A breakfast treat with a candle, a decedent chocolate cake and champagne waited for us in the room, and an anniversary parting gift. Ms Sabata energy and personality made us feel like we were guests at her home. Ms. Sabata is the reason we will back to the Waldorf Astoria.

We spent five nights here with the family and loved every bit of it. The rooms are stunning – they feel completely brand new after the massive renovation, yet the Art Deco soul of the building is very much intact. Spacious, beautifully detailed, and genuinely comfortable. Service was excellent across the board. Room service was fast and well-executed, which we appreciated after long days exploring the city. Location is hard to beat – Park Avenue, walking distance to basically everything in Midtown. Would absolutely come back.

Our family has just had the most fantastic visit to NYC and the Waldorf Hotel was a major contributor to our delightful visit ! Not only is the Hotel so spectacularly redecorated, but every individual associate who worked there treated us as if we were family. We not only enjoyed the opulence and aura of a grand hotel, but it became so personnable because of the dedicated associates ! Noah, the manager of the hotel accommodations, was exceptionally helpful, professional and personable. He definitely represented the hotel in the best possible way. The list of names are endless and I do not know them all and there was not one exception as each person, in every part of the hotel operations, was sincerely cordial and displayed perfect manners. Peter Levine, John in security, Junior, a doorman, Nilton at the front desk, Winnie and Cherly in housekeeping, Hope, Jenna and Samir in the dining room, are each an asset to your fine hotel. I wish I could remember each person’s name as he or she was very special. Thank you so very much.
