My fiancee and I stayed for 10 days at the Sheraton Manila Bay Hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The hotel was extremely clean and tidy and well presented, as well the staff was very, very helpful and polite our every need was well catered for. A special thankyou goes out to three (3) of the staff in particular Kaye, Emma and Justine who worked in the restaurant/ food area who paid extra attention to our happiness and made us feel like family while we were there. We honestly didn't want to leave and will be definitely returning in the near future. Thankyou all staff of the Sheraton Manila Bay.

I travel globally and stay at many hotels. The Sheraton Manila Bay stands out as one of the best hotel food experiences out of all the hotels I stay. These are real chefs cooking real food. From home made meatloaf to irresistible pastries they do it all. Believe it of not it’s difficult to get perfectly cooked over medium eggs in the morning. Chef Emma does it perfectly everyday. In my opinion she does eggs better than anyone in the world. Stay at Sheraton Manila Bay and let your culinary adventure begin.

A true Gem this is not our first time to dine here but we keep coming back because of the food and especially tge service that they provide , i remember when i ask one of your staff in the reception ( Eljine ) for assistance because one of my friend was celebrating her birthday ,she ddint let me down ,they sang and gave a complimentary cake ,super nice service and it feels good to my heart . will recommend to other friends and family's .

We are a global organisation and have sent our business partners on a business trip to Manila we chose Manila Bay as we are also Bonvoy members. From day one the front office staff have been hounding our business partners for payments, discriminating them, humiliating them when clearly they knew the payments were made from our main office. Slight delay and they threatened them to vacate the rooms at one point they would not even allow them back in. Due to time differences our offices are 7 hours behind Manila although we setttle in advance we had to extend due to ongoing meetings. We believe all that approach was racially triggered as some of of our partners are from Africa. We have spend thousands of dollars there yet they keep treating us like fugitives. Please refrain going there if you are anything but Asian.
