Olive greeted me with a smile and gave me a teaspoonful of pistachio Gelato to try. She led me to the spot I chose and handed me a fork to replace the one I dropped without me asking her. She is sensitive and alert to our needs. She is a gem.

Thank you Sheraton Manila Bay 4D&3N Great stay, high floor is perfect, the room is neat ~ View from the city! Pool side ♥️ and staffs are very friendly First, thank you from reservations team, sending us email before we arrive at the hotel and for the complimentary cake and Cake towel art for my Dad’s Birthday Thank you Kuya Aeroll for assisting us with our luggages upon check-in and out and assisting with prices for Ocean Park and taking Grab 🏊Pool is amazing especially the Jacuzzi. 🏬Robinsons Mall is near, walking distance Special thanks for the staff from Reception Team giving us smooth check in,, Kuya Aeroll from Conceirge, Kuya Lian (Level 7) , Ms. Maureen & Ms. Angel (Reservations Team), Sir Casro for assisting us at the elevator And Chef Gilbert Musngi, we met upon our check out ☺️ We will come back soon, hopefully ! 😊😊😊

This hotel scams my security deposit PHP 7500
I’m extremely angry with my experience at Sheraton Manila Bay. I stayed here weeks ago and paid a security deposit of PHP 7,500, which I was told would be returned after checkout. Yet weeks later, I still have not received my deposit back. What’s even worse is that I’ve had to repeatedly chase the hotel via email just to get any response about it. A reputable hotel should not require guests to beg for their own money back. It is clear they're hoping guests will forget about their deposit. This is unacceptable behavior for a hotel that claims to operate at an international standard. If you stay here, be prepared to fight to get your own money back. Good luck with that!

Amazing Stay
My friends and I had an exceptional experience . From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming .The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us valued throughout our stay.Special mention to Eli, the Manager at the Club Lounge for her great assistance and also to to her staff Lyka and Arnold. Bryan at the Buffet area was also very accommodating during breakfast. Those staff mentioned were truly gems of Sheraton Manila Bay. Thanks to all the chef for the delicious food served at the Club Lounge and Breakfast area. Hope to visit you again. 😊
