I stayed at Sheraton Manila Bay on a trip, and I couldn’t have felt more welcomed. The hotel was clean, elegant, and peaceful. Dining alone can sometimes feel a little awkward, but thanks to Jelian G. Caraballe, at the Manila Bay Kitchen buffet it never did. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I walked in and made me feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness, attentiveness, and friendly energy made each meal feel more like a personal experience than just another buffet visit. She has a natural gift for making guests feel at home. The food was excellent. Whether you’re in the mood for Filipino classics or global cuisine, there’s something for everyone. But it was the hospitality that really stood out. I’m so grateful for the warmth and comfort I experienced during my stay. Highly recommend Sheraton Manila Bay, and a special thank you to Jelian for making my stay feel so personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back.

Arnold at the cafe is an excellent host and ambassador for the hotel. I look forward to my early morning coffee and our pleasant conversations. Arnold’s service is above and beyond as I get there 15-20 mins before the scheduled opening time, yet Arnold offers and makes me the perfect Americano to start my day. Okay, this review is suuuper late, but I had to share. On September 4, we celebrated my uncle’s birthday at Sheraton Manila Bay and honestly? It was next level. Weeks before - I emailed Sheraton to share my vision for the day & when it finally happened, everything honestly went above & beyond. My uncle & cousin felt genuinely special, which was my main goal, and they totally did!! Food -The Mediterranean menu was so good. The fish tagine? Absolute chef’s kiss!! yummm! I’d come back just for that, but honestly, everything we tried was delish. Vibes - The place is clean, cozy, and the interiors are literally a feast for the eyes. So aesthetic! Service- Staff were great! From the waitress to the chef to even the guards like everyone was so warm, welcoming anddd genuinely happy to help. Smiles & good vibes all around like it felt like a hug without actually needing one. Super attentive but never annoying. Washroom- Clean, cute & well-kept. Parking - Easy, safe, and secure. We left so happy, full, and already plotting our next visit! yess! Food, service, vibes - 10/10. Big thanks to Sheraton for making the day unforgettable. Truly grateful!!
