I want to share a review about our experience at this hotel. My friends and I decided to explore coffee shops in Malate, and we found &More by Sheraton. While we were there drinking our coffee, someone approached us. I think she was a supervisor named Eljine if I remember correctly. We were hungry at that time, and she offered the set menu lunch at the other restaurant called AtLunch. We listened to her, and she said the meal was worth it for 899. She also said it already came with coffee if we wanted it. She convinced us to move to the other restaurant, Manila Bay Kitchen. We were 6 in the group, and she did not disappoint us. The 899 offer was truly worth it. We will keep coming back. Kudos to Eljine. She made sure we enjoyed our meal that day. That is all. Until next time. 10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had a great stay at Sheraton Manila Bay. The ambiance felt warm and refined, and the service went far beyond what I expected. Every interaction was thoughtful and consistent. It’s easily one of the best hotel experiences in Manila, and I’d be happy to stay again.

Extraordinary and luxurious experience
After three weeks on hiatus, I finally got out of my cave and treated myself to amazing food at Sheraton Manila Bay. The ricotta and spinach pizza is absolutely to die for, the fries are perfectly cooked, and the highlight of my meal — their lugaw — is pure comfort in a bowl! Everything was worth it; you truly get what you pay for. We stayed at The Library, and the ambience was exactly what I needed. We practically had the whole place to ourselves — perfect for me and Raja! They even have a high chair available, and the place is fully carpeted, making it baby-friendly and comfortable. And did I mention they have an Energy Space where you can play ball? Such a big plus, especially when traveling with a little one. Most of all, their customer service is excellent — warm, attentive, and consistent from check-in to check-out. Definitely worth the stay. ❤️ Shout out to Ej, Mj and Melissa excellent customer service! Thank you for making us feel at home! Truly a 5-star standard!

Best place to catch-up
Very nice place. Our go to place when we need a quiet place to catch-up with our friends and workmates. Basketball area is a big yes for us as well.
