Great experience while having a lunch at the restaurant they have a varities selections of food if you are in a hurry, the staff was super exceptional from the security to the restaurant. If im not mistaken eljin was our staff took care of us while me and ny friebds enjoying the lunch, exceptional service. Thankyou

Excellent stay! All employees were professional and helpful. Wonderful service from Abraham with the Concierge Services. I contacted the hotel before our stay, and Abraham became so helpful. I told him trips I was interested in, and he organized all the private trips. He also made suggestions for other trips which we took. Once we were there, he helped get our transfers set up with another hotel when I couldn't get in touch with anyone. Breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious food, including an egg station, crepe/waffle/pancake station, and a daily, fresh made noodle bowl. Excellent service from the Executive Lounge, too. We were so busy the entire time, but the pool looked really nice. Thank you to all the employees at the Sheraton Manila Bay for your outstanding service. We look forward to our stay next year.

Bed room was very clean and spacious. I also want to thank Juna from Concierge and Maria front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel. The food was great 👍 too. There is a shopping mall called Robinson mall where you can get lovely local food.

I am pleased that I stayed in Malate as it is an authentic district of Manila and close to Intramuros, of historic interest. The hotel is well maintained, even if the carpet looks a little tired in places. The staff are all very welcoming indeed. Security is efficient and with a smile. Book your airport transfer directly with the hotel: it obviates the hassles of all those offers of taxis at the airport, and the drivers also adapt to any delays in arrivals – again with a smile. The concierge can readily arrange a private tour of Intramuros, the cathedral, China Town and Makati for a reasonable price. The main restaurant has a varied buffet, as well as à la carte service, and the fare is good. There is also a pleasant lobby bar. One slight criticism: I would have expected the pool water to be a little warmer, but perhaps some like it cold!

It has been many years since visiting Manila (back in the army). So, I wanted this stay to be extra special. The Sheraton did not disappoint. Safe: Controlled entrance and baggage scanner to get in. Friendly and warm staff: went the extra mile Food: breakfast was on point every morning! Location: right near everything! Close to the mall and jollibees. Clean and quiet room.
