I would surely love the location, especially the view. Amazing and calm for me me. Rooms are well kept clean, beds are comfortable and so are bedding. They always they support to tie up the place upon request. I must mention their staff is very polite and are super helpful. I am not forgetting to mention their beautiful receptionist Ms.Marg, who checked me in and even after her shift, while she heads home, was super kind enough to show me the way on my first day in Philippines. Additionally, I wish to state that they must look at their breakfast bar a bit, as I see no many variety there. But overall, Im gonna be back and I sure recommend the place.

Having worked in the hospitality industry before, I know firsthand how much hard work, teamwork, and dedication go into creating a memorable guest experience. That's why I always look forward to coming back to Discovery Primea. I stayed from April 29 to May 4 and again from June 29 to July 2, and both stays reminded me why this property continues to be one of my favorites. A very special thank you to Ms. Belle Ching. She has always been my point of contact whenever I book my stay, and from the very beginning until the end of each visit, she made sure everything was well taken care of. Belle, thank you for always being so accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful. It's people like you who make guests feel genuinely welcome and valued. To Sir Eric Rivera and Sir Marlon Reyes, thank you for always looking after us. From check-in until check-out, you consistently made sure our room was in perfect condition and that anything we needed was taken care of right away. Your leadership is clearly reflected in your team, and it never goes unnoticed. I also want to recognize the entire Front Office Team, Concierge Team, all the Housekeeping Supervisors, and every Room Attendant and Runner. The service was consistently warm, professional, and sincere. Everyone greeted us with a smile, remembered the little details, and was always willing to help without hesitation. As someone who knows what happens behind the scenes in hotel operations, I truly appreciate the effort it takes to deliver this level of service every single day. Discovery Primea isn't just a beautiful hotel—it's the people who make it exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making both of our stays feel like coming home. I can't wait to see you all again on my next visit.

The hotel itself isn’t in a good condition like a five star hotel. It’s very old in some parties some stuff during the breakfast really need improvementfor example Mr. Max it was really terrible. I asked them to bring me a fresh vegetable and I was asked them 10 times and 20 minutes they also do not know what does it mean? Restrict to coffee and they refuse us to serve it in five stars hotel unbelievable but what I really underline that for example Leona from the reception was very helpful and kind thank you Leona.

This was my 36th trip to the Philippines, so I've stayed in a lot of hotels across Manila over the years. Discovery Primea is right up there with the best of them. We stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms (but they also have studios), and the space worked beautifully for us. In Manila location really matters. It's genuinely hard to find a spot in Manila where Makati, BGC, Quezon City and Pasay/MOA are all this accessible, and Primea sits in that sweet central position. There's a mall close by, a Starbucks, easy Grab access to anywhere you need to go, and deliveries to the hotel were seamless. The real standout, though, is the staff. Nothing was ever too hard. They looked after us in dozens of small ways, and it wasn't just one person going the extra mile, it was multiple staff members, every time. Every greeting felt genuine. I'd recommend Primea to families on holiday and to business travellers who need to be near Makati, BGC, Quezon City or Pasay. Incredibly good value for money, and honestly the gem I've been looking for in Manila. We'll definitely be back! Strongly recommended.

Excellent service… Marj made check-in so easy, quick and pleasant. Mark was so nice to us in the breakfast buffet. The omelette chef makes an excellent omelette. Jared did an excellent job with room service. I will definitely stay again when returning to Makati. Loved the hotel.
