The suite was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of room for the kids to spread out and for us to relax. I’m a returning customer and this time, I brought my in-laws for their first trip ever to the Philippines. The accommodations were incredible as always and I would like to recognize Daniella, Rein, and Paolo for their excellent service. It's a good hotel, not too grand but still felt cozy and luxurious. Front desk Manager, Amyr, was helpful and hospitable. He gives genuine and above and beyond service to us. From the smooth check in, valuable suggestions during our stay to reliable assistance on our check out. Thank you for your efforts Amyr, I hope you be blessed with your kindness. One more thing, I love the cookies and brownies in the restaurant.

I booked this hotel mainly because it’s just 10 minutes away from my school, and I needed to have my graduation photo taken that morning. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and honestly, they exceeded my expectations. The room was very luxurious — even better than what I expected. They also gave us a complimentary late check-out, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more relaxing. The food was surprisingly not pricey at all, yet everything we tried was absolutely delicious. This will definitely be my number one choice whenever I need a place to stay in Makati. Can’t wait to go back!
