Our experience was amazing. It was a short stay but the hotel was beautiful and the staff were very kind and attentive. Delicious breakfast and beautiful lounge as well.

It's a planned event 1 year in advance. I made a reservation for my daughter's 18th Birthday here and reserved the whole function room for the day of the event. After signing the contract, 2 event coordinators were involved, but eventually and finally I was forwarded to the main person who would take over the event services. Ms Sharon Joy Lacorte has been keeping in touch and following up. Her continuous communication is the best! Until the big day comes. All my Family abroad booked here as well! 3 days before the event, she assisted us with food tasting and made all preparations well. Yummy food!! Also, Thanks to Sir Nikko, the front office manager, for giving my daughter, the birthday girl, an awesome complimentary gift. It was a great time at Discovery Primea. I will definitely book here again! Very Nice, Classy Hotel and very comfortable! Until then, thank you, Ms. Sharon and Sir Nikko, for your great Service. And by the way, all the staff are very nice and cute ladies :)! See you again sometime soon until my next visit!

Discovery Primea has truly become a second home to me. Every stay feels top-notch and premium, yet still warm and close to home. Celebrating my 25th birthday here with my family was honestly the best decision I made — they made everything so memorable. When we arrived, I was greeted with the sweetest surprise: a towel shaped like a cake and a “Happy Birthday” banner! I really appreciated the effort and thought that went into preparing that. And of course, who wouldn’t love a complimentary birthday cake and chocolate-dipped strawberries? Those little touches made the day even more special. We also had my birthday dinner at Tapenade, and they went above and beyond again. Everyone was so thoughtful, kind, and generous — it truly made us feel celebrated. Breakfast at Tapenade, as always, was delicious with such premium selections. A special shout-out to Leoni from the front desk, who made us feel so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness perfectly represent what Discovery Primea stands for. My family and I absolutely loved our stay and will always look forward to coming back. Discovery Primea offers not just a luxury hotel experience but a personal touch that makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to be back! 💛

This isn’t our first time staying at Discovery Primea, and when we were planning my sister’s birthday celebration, I even suggested that maybe we could try a different hotel this time. My point being, we were going to spend anyway, so why not try something new? But my family was quick to say no. There’s just something about Discovery Primea that’s hard to beat. There’s a level of comfort, warmth, and consistency here that keeps drawing us back. I guess you can say we’re a little biased, but it’s because every stay truly feels special. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. A huge thank you to Leoni, the Front Office Supervisor, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable. She’s genuinely one of the reasons why we love coming back. She took the time to check on us throughout our stay, made sure every request was attended to, and even added small thoughtful touches that made the celebration extra meaningful. You can really feel her sincerity in what she does — she treats guests like family, and that makes all the difference. AD from Front Office, who handled our check-in, and Rein from Concierge were both incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Everything felt effortless because of them, and it truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. During our dining experiences, we were also well taken care of. Roy and Dale from breakfast were attentive and cheerful, and Joy and Chef Chello at Tapenade made our dinner truly delightful. The food, as always, was exceptional, but it’s the staff’s genuine hospitality that made it even better. A special mention as well to Christian from the pool area. My nephew got a very small scratch while swimming — nothing serious — and even though we didn’t ask for help, Christian immediately came over to check on us and offered assistance. He even asked if we wanted to have it checked at the clinic. That level of attentiveness says so much about how observant and caring the staff are here. The scratch was very minor (my nephew even went back to swimming right after!), but the gesture really left an impression on us. Every time we stay at Discovery Primea, it reminds us why we keep coming back. It’s more than just a luxury hotel; it’s a place that feels like home, where the service is heartfelt and every detail is handled with care. Thank you once again to everyone who made our family celebration unforgettable. We can’t wait to be back!

Everything about our stay was great — food, room, amenities, location. We have stayed at so much hotels around the metro but their staff are some of the most warmest people ever. Great value for money too especially if you’re staying with a large group. Special thanks to Mark of the Front Desk for patiently assisting us with our concern. :) We’ll definitely be back.
