Discovery Primea

We had the best birthday celebration with Discovery Primea. From the check in with Manager Amyr, he provided us a very genuine service asking us if we are celebrating a special occasion and even checking on us after we go to the room. We greatly appreciate this thoughtful gesture since we are travelling with kids and Senior citizens. My son loved the cake he provided us complimentary. We couldn't ask for a more memorable experience. No other hotel done so personalised and thoughtful service to us. We will surely be back. Thank you Sir Amyr and the whole team. They are all nice and friendly.

Recently stayed here for a vacation with friends. Had an amazing time and felt compelled to write a review. Let me start wih the staff who were super attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and everyone made us feel genuinely cared for. The hotel was easy to find, and the location was really convenient. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and having two TVs was such a nice bonus—we could each watch what we liked! The common areas were also very clean and well-kept. We really enjoyed the food—great menu choices and everything tasted delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the amenities. It would’ve been even better if there was a hairdryer in the room, but everything else was wonderful!

Had my birthday staycation at discovery primea! stayed at their two bedroom loft primea suite. Service was. impeccable. Their reservation officer Rica was very hands on with my reservation, even checking with us the days we were already there and she made sure all my requests were met. front desk staff were very nice as well!!!

Ella was very accommodating—she assisted us during check-in, explained all the protocols clearly, and even asked the bellboy to help bring our things up since I had my child with me. During check-out, she was also the one who assisted me, kindly asking us to wait while they checked the room to ensure we hadn’t left anything behind. The housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive to our needs. They always greeted us with a smile and a bow whenever we passed by in the corridors. The dining staff were equally warm and helpful, consistently checking if we needed anything, especially for my child. Overall, our experience was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we’ll definitely make sure to come back again.

It was a fun and memorable stay for us. Thank you for assisting us Sir Amyr, you truly go above and beyond for us. You made our first time here in the Philippines easy and convenient.
