We recently celebrated our daughter’s 8th birthday, and as always, it was such a wonderful experience. Her tea party theme came to life beautifully, and the staff at Discovery Primea were incredibly accommodating, polite, and genuinely warm throughout the event. It’s moments like these that remind us why our family always chooses Discovery hotels for our milestones, they never fail to make every celebration feel extra special. Truly the best!

Our recent stay at Discovery Primea was truly memorable, as we celebrated my mom’s birthday with the whole family. It was already my second time at the hotel, and without a doubt, it once again exceeded expectations—especially since it was my family’s first time experiencing Makati. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. Special thanks to Ms. Leona from the Front Office and Mr. Marlon from Housekeeping for making our suites feel extra special. Not only were the rooms ready even before our check-in time, but they also thoughtfully arranged for our suites to be adjacent, just as I had requested during booking since we were traveling with kids. That level of attention to detail truly made a difference. Housekeeping went above and beyond by preparing a beautiful birthday setup for my mom—a creatively arranged “cake” made of towels and a “Happy Birthday” banner on the bed. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made the celebration even more meaningful. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Rein from the concierge, and a courteous bellman (whose name I unfortunately wasn’t able to get) assisted us with all our luggage up to our suites. The check-in experience felt seamless and genuinely welcoming. We also appreciate Mr. Alexander for promptly attending to our concerns and requests during the evening. Breakfast at Tapenade was amazing as always. Having stayed in various hotels for both leisure and work, what really stood out to me was the inclusion of Filipino taho—a delightful and nostalgic touch. The food selection was superb, with something for everyone, and even the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Special recognition goes to Mr. Roy for his top-notch hospitality. He made the effort to go around each table, personally checking if guests needed anything else to enhance their breakfast experience. That level of attentiveness is truly commendable. I would also like to highlight Mr. Mark and Mr. Renze—these two are absolute standouts. Always smiling and approachable, they made it so easy to ask for assistance. Their willingness to serve, excellent communication skills, and genuine warmth are exactly what great hospitality should look like. It’s no surprise that Tapenade is considered one of the best. The pool area is another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere with a stunning view of the Makati skyline and Urdaneta Village. As a small suggestion, it would be even better if cold facial towels or drinking water could be offered to guests during the day to keep everyone refreshed. Overall, this stay was nothing short of exceptional. Discovery Primea continues to impress with its outstanding service, thoughtful gestures, and attention to guest comfort. I and my family will definitely be coming back to our home in Makati.

We spent our daughter’s birthday weekend in the city at Discovery Primea, and it was the perfect choice. The quality remains exactly as I remember from years ago, very consistent. The location is excellent, very well situated, with Ayala Triangle and Salcedo Market just a short walk away. We booked a suite for a small gathering with friends, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The team was generous with complimentary touches that made the celebration even more special. Service was outstanding, not just during our stay but even after. I accidentally left a few items in the room, and they kept everything safely despite my late pickup. Truly appreciated. Special thanks to their Front Office Manager, Nikko Ravancho, for making sure we were well taken care of throughout. The property itself is very well maintained, and you can feel that it’s professionally run. Definitely a place I’ll continue to choose every time I’m in Makati.

I recently stayed at Discovery Primea in Makati, Phillipines from January 12 through March 12, and it was truly one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve had anywhere in the world. Having traveled to over 60 countries, I’ve experienced many luxury properties, but this stay set a new benchmark. The serviced residences were beautifully designed, comfortable, and fully supported by outstanding hospitality. What truly sets this property apart is its people. From Amyr and Elli, who made our arrival unforgettable, to Ezra, Leona, Gela, AD, Danie, Eunice, and Tim at the front office, every interaction was seamless and elevated. The concierge team, Dev, Jun, and John, were exceptional, and the bell, security, and support teams consistently delivered warm, professional service. Breakfast at Tapenade was a daily highlight thanks to Roy and the entire restaurant team, Charmaine, Dale, Pam, Renze, Diether, Jeffrey, Fernel, Mark, Anthony, Jonel, Nickel, Ashley, and Angelo, who provided consistently outstanding service. Chef Luis and his kitchen team were equally impressive. A special thank you as well to the front office management and sales team for accommodating a very late check out on my final day, which made my 11pm departure seamless. From housekeeping to the pool, gym, and rooftop teams, the level of care and attention to detail across all departments was remarkable. The location and amenities are world class, but it’s the people who truly make Discovery Primea special. For two months, this was not just a hotel, it was home. I look forward to returning.

Loved staying at this accomodation, it was all we could have wanted. The breakfast is a good variety. The location was 10/10 and the staff can’t do enough for you. Overall it was a great experience!
