Exceptional service by Rommel
Rommel, the waiter in the lounge, consistently provides exceptional service. He is attentive, professional, and always goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. What truly stands out is how he remembers and recognizes returning guests it creates a very personal and warm experience every time I visit. I always look forward to seeing him whenever I check in, as his presence adds so much value to the overall stay. Rommel is truly one of the best investments the company has his dedication and genuine hospitality make a lasting impression.

Excellent service, very accomodating staff, and relaxing ambiance.
Stayed at the hotel on our anniversary with a marriage proposal in mind. The staff accomodated all of my request to make my proposal more surprising to my partner. Shout out to sir Rommel, staff of the Gallery who made it possible. Hands down the best service and ambiance. Dinner at escolta and snacks at the gallery is chef’s kiss as well.

This second visit to The Peninsula Manila offered a consistently luxurious, timeless experience in the lobby, featuring high-quality Filipino breakfast staples like bangus (milkfish) with garlic rice, complemented by a solid iced cappuccino, maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence and consistent service.

Very well located hotel
Amazing property with amazing hospitality/ warmth. Very well situated with club rooms having great view. Quick service all across including concierge/ hotel transportation. Lange overlooking the foyer is well designed & evening music band is soothing. Congratulations on golden jubilee & bell boy completing 23 years. Speaks a volume for the hotel management & camaraderie.
