Feeling spoiled
This was my second visit to Shana by the Beach and the experience was better than first time. Food is always great but all staff made us feel as home (so kind and respectful). I really love this hotel that for sure I will continue visiting.

A must visit resort
Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and beautiful views from the pool, from the restaurant, from the rooms. Monkeys and two cans created every day. And Johnny from the excursion office was fantastic. He made great recommendations and the reservations were quick and easy.

Horrible, We paid $680 dollars for 2 nights, and not what expected
Lets start by saying that the staff is nice and friendly. But, The hotel is nothing like the pictures, I booked it specifically because of the views, the rooms are not cleaned, BATHROOMS: are nasty, and broken, beds is really hard, electricity and water went off while I was in the shower, towels are not in good shape, the ends are all broken, I requested an Iron since there is non in the room and it was all dirty and it messed up my clothes, PARKING: is a nightmare, it was time for us to leave and there was a car blocking us and we had to wait almost 2 hrs for them to find the driver when there is a guy 24hr right where we parked and did not say anything to the people blocking us, RESTAURANT: looks like a school cafeteria, prices are high just like all places in manuel antonio, they included the tip in the check and still the server came after us walking asking for cash, we always leave good tips everywhere we go but just dont like being asked for it, specially when is added in the bill. BEACH: dont expect it to be there, you have to go down a hill and up and towels for the beach you have to get at pool area and make sure to give it back or you will be charged 20.00 x each. I paid 680.00 us for 2 nights which is not cheap and I was really expecting a nicer hotel.

Amazing Experience
Beautiful views. Wonderful staff. Relaxing pool. Playa beisanz has the most calm beach water and immaculate vibes!!!
