Shana Hotel & Spa

What great people in this beautiful hotel . We were treated like kings and everything there was amazing . Rooms were large and very clean. Beds were very confortable and i slept like a baby waking up with monkeys at our balcony , what a paradise . I have to mention the excellent breakfast and food during either lunch or dinner. We will come back ! Thank you all.

- lovely view of the jungle/forest and ocean from our room. Our room (Royal Jungle view) is spacious and comfortable and the bed is the most comfortable during our CR trip. We saw monkeys, birds and butterflies from the balcony. - I liked the private path to the small beautiful beach, it’s an easy, less than 10 mins walk. Very convenient. - breakfast was nice with tropical fruits and savoury choices. The tables on the side have great ocean view. - we enjoyed the pools and happy hour drinks which was very nice after exploring parks and beaches in the mornings. - all the staff were friendly and efficient especially Warner who was great and made us feel we are valued guests.

Amazing spot in the middle of the jungle and right in front of the ocean, in one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed at. The amenities such as the pool, restaurant and service are all really good. Loved the view from the room and watching the monkeys at sunset and sunrise The walk down to the beach from the hotel was very pretty as well. Just an overall great experience, would definitely come back here

Beautiful views and beautiful people! My wife and I had a wonderful time here. The tico rolls were our absolute favorite. Drinks were great and ambiance even better. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. Exceptional service. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience. Pura vida mi amigos!

We wanted to see animals—- and we saw so many! Monkeys every morning (on the beach path) and every evening on the balcony. The pool is terrific- lots of kids and adults who all seem to be on the same page that kids get to jump in the pool and splash, but nobody is ever really obnoxious. The path to the beach is not too rustic- it’s beautiful. The beach is stunning and you can rent chairs and an umbrella and drink out of coconuts! (Bring US dollars) The golf cart drivers (Kevin and Jaro) both went out of their way to make our stay fun. The housekeepers arranged out son’s stuffed animals in a creative way each day. The dining staff are friendly and genuinely go out of their way to be nice. And the reception staff humored my son popping by for candy every day. Thank you!!!
