Overall, the facilities and service are great; however, the food could be improved. Additionally, there are no room charges at the resort; all food and beverage purchases must be paid on the spot. You wait until a second person responsible for charging shows up. Overall, a great mid-tier resort

A true 3.5 overall experience. We stayed for 2 days and enjoyed the pool and beach area. Boat and wildlife watching in the Marina. Our room was decent but on our last day while checking that everything was packed we noticed worms dead and alive in one of the drawers. Birds in breakfast buffet area were a nuisance and flys on open air fruit area need to be covered. No-one was attempting to take care of these problems even though it was a visible issue for all. The pool area was not available due to staff cleaning at 10a. A more efficient way would be to turn on a pool vacuum overnight and early am (as other resorts do instead of manual nets that take longer to do)

No air conditioning in lobby when you check in. No complimentary drinks when you arrive, only water. Asked about alcoholic beverages at bar, they charge before check in.

My masseuse name was Janet, she was sweet kind and speaks a little bit of English, so if you only speak English you’ll still be able to communicate. Her skills were top notch, I felt rejuvenated after the massage. I had a headache in the morning of and she was able to melt it away. I had the honeymoon package which entailed a full body exfoliation, jukuzee and a full body massage. Definitely will come her again.
