Isla Bella Beach Resort

Beautiful resort, but service was really inconsistent. Our robes in our room were dirty, so we ordered more. The robes came, we left, and when we came back, someone had come in the room and bagged up the dirty robes, but left them there. Why were they in our room outside of housekeeping times? Especially with the DND sign on our door. Also, we were in room 247, and were awoken at 7 each morning by banging and clanging in the utility closet on the other side of our bedroom wall. Friday we had great poolside service at the adults only pool, but Saturday no one came around, even after we called the front desk to request it. Dinner at Mahina was rough. I never send food back but sent my dish back as the meat was too tough to chew. The shining star of the weekend was Amanda at the marketplace, she was so helpful and remembered us by name each day! All the marketplace staff was amazing.

The resort is beautiful. Great location on the south side of the keys, facing the ocean. The view is gorgeous. Room was clean and beautifully decorated. There are lots of food options on-site and they are good but they are pricey. Fortunately there are many other less expensive options close in Marathon. Management handled a couple of issues we had with our room quickly. Definitely recommend this resort.

This was my first time there, we had such a wonderful experience dining at this beautiful resort restaurant. We went to celebrate my anniversary and my in laws baby to be born soon. From the moment we arrived, the grounds were absolutely stunning! It was perfectly maintained, tropical, peaceful, and the kind of place where you just want to walk around and take it all in before dinner. The atmosphere alone made the evening feel special. There were 8 of us for dinner, and the staff handled our group wonderfully. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Shout out to our server Jess and Manager Pedro for accommodating. The food was excellent across the board, but I especially loved the shrimp alfredo. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, the sauce was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and the portion size was great. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in the quality of the meals. We walked by the busy bar outside, looked like everyone was having a great time and the pool looks huge, wish we had time to swim! Overall, this was one of those dining experiences where the combination of great food, beautiful scenery, and relaxing ambiance really stands out. We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The staff (Chanda, Luka, Satriya) are fantastic and very attentive! The food was delicious everywhere you stopped and the grounds were impeccable! We will be back annually!
