Marlin Bay Resort & Marina

We came for 10 days From the 1st stepped into Unit 24 everything was clean perfectly functional from the kitchen to the pool bar clubhouse marina real high American standards we enjoyed it very much, And I made sure that Rob the manager is aware of it thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay. The home was super nice and it was super clean and everything we needed was ready in the kitchen and everywhere. The management company clearly makes a MAX effort. Our gate codes were programed to our phone digits, same with garage openers and there was a welcome sign in the kitchen with a personal greeting. The pool area was excellent and well done. We kept our boat in the marina and that was also a fantastic way to enjoy both the resort and get out on the water for fishing two days. Thanks for the extra effort to the staff.

Third time at resort. Annual Friends trip. We love the houses and the pool. Convenient to shopping and dining and day-trip to Key West. The bar at the pool is a great amenity. Houses are always clean.

Beautiful place..very clean and nice. The location was nice and all the workers were very friendly and nice..Pool was great and very clean ..the house was very comfortable and well sticked with everything you would need

Marlin Bay has 10-11 3 story townhouse condos. All have 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room. 3.5 bathrooms. The interiors are high-end and the kitchens are well supplied with gadgets. We have stayed in 3 diffrent ones. There was no substantive diffrence in the interiors. Some are just closer to the bay. There is a large, clean pool and a hot tub. Weather permitting, there is an outdoor bar near the pool. Marlin Bay is a great place to relax. You will also meet new people, as they have a large marina with dozens of occupied boats moored there. The boaters have access to the luxurious facilitys at Marlin Bay.
