This place is paradise! General Manager, Rob Bulkiewicz is super welcoming, courteous, helpful, and manages a great staff, including concierge Madisson, who was chock full of local information. The grounds and rentals are impeccably maintained. There are plenty so activities to partake in and a delightful bar right at the pool. The DJ knows his people! All in all a beautiful, fun place to stay with a stellar staff. Look forward to a return visit !

My husband and I just vacationed at the Marlin Bay Resort and Marina. We had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend this resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The process of checking in and out was very easy. The house we stayed in was exceptionally clean. The house was very comfortable and spacious. There was a heated pool that was perfect for families with children. Most nights they had entertainment by the pool, bar area. There were many restaurants within walking distance.

We spent a week with another couple in one of the homes. It was my first time to the keys and we had a great vacation. The home was clean and supplied with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable , I loved sitting out on the deck with my morning coffee and the elevator was nice to have for my large suitcase. The pool, hot tub, bar and activities made it a relaxing trip. All of the staff were terrific and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, stores and attractions. I am looking forward to my next vacation at The Marlin Bay.

Our stay at Marlin Bay Resort & Marina in Marathon, FL was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed and well taken care of, truly a 5-star experience. The resort itself is beautiful with spacious, modern accommodations and resort-style amenities like a gorgeous pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and an on-site concierge to help plan activities around the Keys. A huge shout-out to Rob, the manager, he went above and beyond to make our stay special. Rob was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and always ready with local tips or helpful suggestions. He truly set the tone for the level of service we experienced throughout our visit. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help from checking us in to assisting with our every need and recommendations for local spots to visit. It made our trip so much more enjoyable knowing we could count on such a warm and thoughtful team. We can’t wait to come back! This place is a hidden gem in the Florida Keys and the hospitality from Rob and the whole crew is what sets it apart!

Had an amazing stay at Marlin Bay! The best resort in all the Keys. amazing staff very nice and helpful .Homes are super nice, super clean, lots of space love having the bedrooms on different levels elevator was great getting luggage and groceries in. Madison,Grace,April and Rob were amazing. For sure the best
