Take time away from it all in a place like no other: a beachfront haven where you can do it all — or nothing at all. Grab a kayak or a nap, read a book or a menu, work on your tan or your second piña colada.
Tranquility Bay is a place like no other, apart from the crowds. Nestled in the heart of the Florida Keys’ palm-lined paradise, in warm and welcoming Marathon, you’ll find a tropical oasis that’s easy to get to, but hard to leave. Because here you’ll make the memories that matter. Wake up to the glistening waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Stay in a private, standalone beach house right on the ocean or surround yourself in the tropical sanctuary of more intimate garden guest rooms. With no hallways, three pools, onsite watersports and plenty of room to just space out--you can do everything to nothing at all. At the end of the day, let powder-soft sand sift through your sun-kissed toes as you relax on a 2.5-acre private beach. Relax,*sigh*… you’ve arrived.

We really enjoyed yoga with Lynne. After a long drive the day before, it was exactly what our bodies needed to reset into vacation mode. Thank you Lynne!

Resort was awesome. Staff very attentive. The amenities were very much appreciated and the fitness room was very nice. Our daughter was married onsite at the gazebo and guests dined at the Butterfly Cafe. It was beautiful. We all enjoyed the week we were there and would definitely go back. Our Villa was perfect for our family. Housekeeping did a great job keeping us well stocked with everything we needed.

The location was great and centralized for a lot of day trips. We participated in Yoga which was also wonderful. We had a 3 bedroom villa which was clean and having a kitchen made everything easier with a toddler.

Having looked at the impressive marketing material for this resort we were excited to book a waterfront villa for 5. However once we arrived and had absorbed the gorgeous views from the accommodation, we then faced the reality of living in the villa for a week. The large living/dining area looks great but some of the seats were very uncomfortable and felt broken, particularly the sofa bed. The main bedroom suite with en-suite was spacious with a fabulous balcony, however the other two bedrooms (a double and a twin) were small with very little storage. The double room was not big enough for two adults for a week long holiday. The shared bathroom was also small with one tiny glass shelf to put washing products. The shower over a bath was in need of replacement. This bathroom was not big enough for three people and the teenager waited to use her parents en-suite. The whole of this side of the upstairs needs a complete refurbishment to be comfortable for 5 people. Housekeeping did not arrive for the first three days so we asked reception who were very helpful and arranged for housekeeping to come at a set time daily. Although this usually happened, the service they provided was erratic and we never knew what to expect each day. Landscaping maintenance was ongoing the whole time we were there and the noise was relentless - hardly tranquil ! We liked the pool areas but didn’t see them being cleaned all week. This is an expensive place to stay on the Keys and I don’t feel that it provided value for money in our experience.
