Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort

When we arrived to see if we could check in early if possible ,said they were cleaning our room but we could use the amenities while waiting. Finally the room was ready, it was on the second floor & the stairs were very steep not ideal. The room was large, but no closet or iron or ironing board. The grounds were nice. We wanted some quiet time so we ventured over to the adult only pool, it was full of children, we mentioned to the staff and they advised the parents & ten minutes later full of kids again. That's one of the reasons we booked here. The staff were not too friendly and did not go out of their way. I think they were understaffed and it showed. Parking was also an issue upon check in there was a large family who asked where will there friends park when they come visit them at the hotel, did not remind them this is for registered guests only. We stayed at Faro Blanco previously ,thats where we'll go back to next time we visit Marathon!

This was our first time at Tranquility Bay. We visited with our 16 and 12 year old and loved it. The condo was clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The resort is well-cared for and the beach and pool were lovely and relaxing. Very well located on Marathon.

We were celebrating my 80th bday. You all stepped up for about anything that needed repairs (a fan in 1 room etc), if I questioned a bill, if anything was needed. Great service- a beautiful place!!!

Spent my birthday weekend at Tranquility Bay and it was a wonderful getaway! The food at both the Tiki Bar and Butterfly Café was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath unit right on the water, which was the perfect setup for our family of five. The space was bright, airy, and you can't beat the convenience of being steps from the beach. As a Florida resident, I’m used to the occasional insect, but we did notice more small roaches than expected. Also, there were a few minor maintenance issues in the master shower that could use attention. Despite these small hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

3 bedroom Villa perfect for family or friends. We are a family of 6, minor children, grandma and husband and wife. Beautiful, large, full kitchen and balconies off every room. Kayaked and jetskiied two days...had a blast. Craig was great at the Watersports. Tiki Bar delicious and front lobby very nice. Gulf side was very nice. White sands. We will return. Thanks
