I stayed here with a friend on a girls trip and we were very anxious after reading the reviews but none were true! The whole hotel was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times! The breakfast was so impressive, honestly cant think of anything that was missing and again all beautifully presented. We only enjoyed a few hours by the beautiful pool (due to poor weather) but it was also incredibly clean and the staff were attentive and so polite. We didnt eat in the hotel as we wanted to drink and had other reservations, we walked down to the beach restaurant Chiringuito (pricey but recommend). Taxi to Banus was €20. We would definitely return, the no alcohol was not an issue at all but we did go out everyday. We did have room service hotel one evening and it was delicious and well priced!

Amazing hotel
I stayed with a group of 80 people on a golf trip, I have stayed in the hotel a few times before. The staff are all amazing and they provide great service, always. The rooms are very good, immaculate and modern. The breakfast is very nice with a great choice and of an evening you can sit on the terrace enjoying a specialty tea or coffee and have beautiful pastries & cakes. I like the fact that they don’t sell alcohol, it means it’s a peaceful environment. I must single out Edie on reception, she is so friendly, helpful & professional, she is a credit to the hotel and she’s the reason that we book every year, thank you to the Alanda team & Edie.

Great stay
Fantastic hotel. Been here many times and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Maria in the restaurant,Carlos in reception and Alicia the room maid all deserve a special mention. Will be back for sure!!

Excellent Hotel
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent – very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options. Highly recommended!
