Wonderful hotel and spa

The hotel is wonderful , great amenities well thought out rooms. We are staying for Eid and it is very Muslim friendly. Staff are polite and helpful and the Spa was great. The spa staff are very welcoming. It was relaxing to chill for 1.5 hour slot for a reasonable fee. I would recommend this hotel and spa

I stayed here with a friend on a girls trip and we were very anxious after reading the reviews but none were true! The whole hotel was immaculate, the staff were very friendly and helpful at all times! The breakfast was so impressive, honestly cant think of anything that was missing and again all beautifully presented. We only enjoyed a few hours by the beautiful pool (due to poor weather) but it was also incredibly clean and the staff were attentive and so polite. We didnt eat in the hotel as we wanted to drink and had other reservations, we walked down to the beach restaurant Chiringuito (pricey but recommend). Taxi to Banus was €20. We would definitely return, the no alcohol was not an issue at all but we did go out everyday. We did have room service hotel one evening and it was delicious and well priced!
