Beautiful location and facilities. Amazing staff

Wonderful experience at the best property you could wish for in Marbella. We were celebrating our engagement and were treated to an exceptional level of service from start to finish. The team kindly upgraded us to a beautiful room featuring a full bathroom and a private outdoor terrace. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and well organized. Housekeeping is truly top-notch and takes care of every single detail. A special shoutout to the Guest Relations team, who looked after us from the moment we arrived. Ainhoa, Cristina and Laura made us feel incredibly welcome and spoiled us with VIP amenities and thoughtful little treats throughout our stay. Thank you for everything, Carlota! The estate itself is gorgeous, beautifully furnished and truly one of a kind, with several golf courses and fantastic restaurant options. Viva Italia and 99 Sushi are absolute musts, as is their wonderful breakfast selection. We also enjoyed two fantastic treatments at the Anantara Spa, the perfect place to relax and unwind. We cannot forget the unique outdoor pool and the Beach Club, where we enjoyed a fantastic creamy rice dish with prawns and scallops. This was a truly memorable and special experience, we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives!

The hotels is extremely beautiful, classy , like you are in the Italian lakes. Very different to the rest of Marbella. Beautiful gardens, manicured and swimming pool is huge and surrounded by beautfiul gardens. We took half board option which works very well with kids as it gives 60 euro per adult and 30 euro per child in the restaurants. Pergola is a great poolside restaurant and Eddies Bar a lovely evening relax style bar area. Only a couple of minor issues. - An evening event went on till after midnight and we are early sleepers, in this case was not ideal. The mini bar prices are exhorbitant even by mini bar standards- 95euro for a 20cl bottle of Belvedere! Staff in Pergola are a little inexpereinced for a venue like this . Aside that all was excellent.

The service was excellent throughout and the interiors and architecture were absolutely superb. The hotel is beautifully designed with an elegant and luxurious atmosphere. The food was also exceptional. The Caesar salad in particular was one of the best I have ever tasted — incredibly fresh with a wonderful homemade quality that made it stand out. Overall, a beautiful property with excellent service, impressive architecture and a very high standard of food. A truly memorable experience.”

The details are what make it. Breakfast was excellent and generous, the room comfortable and well appointed, and the pool area is a pleasure to spend time in. The restaurants deserve a special mention — the Italian and the Japanese in particular were a real highlight, and it’s rare to find both done this well under one roof. What stayed with us most, though, were the people. My thanks go to Răzvan for his professionalism and willingness to help: he assisted us with everything we needed, quickly and with genuine kindness. Not once did we feel like an inconvenience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance and service worth remembering. We’ll be back.
