Even better than other Anantaras (which is a high bar to reach)
Absolutely wonderful stay with the -non-golfing - family. Our 9 and 11 year olds also loved it and had a blast. They felt like home. We stayed for 6 nights and could have stayed more. We left feeling certain we will go back. Everything was lovely, but the team was beyond special. Carmem from the reception, Tiago and José from the Valet team, Francisco and his team on La Veranda, Tony the concierge... We felt like family members. The ambiance is spectacular and the locale was perfect to use as abase for our Andalusian explorations to Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Marbella and others. Will definitely return. And we were there in January, since we come from Rio de Janeiro, going to the beach was not a must do and we avoided the summer crowds. It is a lovely place with special energy, absolutely gorgeous sunrises and sunsets

A true luxury experience
In Spain sometimes you have to face 5* ratings not really matching the experience received. This is not the case of the ANANTARA VILLA PADIERNA where the 5* GL is 100% well deserved. Only the attention to detail and service of ALL the staff is over the luxury feedback you receive both in your room or suite and all the premises available. Cannot wait to be back!

Gorgeous hotel with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. No traffic nearby, the sleep was very good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good. The spa is highly recommended (facial treatments).

Stunning Hotel, Excellent Spa—Wishing for Longer Hours
We stayed at Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavís Marbella Resort in two rooms on the third floor. The property is stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. However, we did occasionally notice the smell of smoke in the hallway between our rooms, which took away slightly from an otherwise wonderful stay. Breakfast was amazing, offering an impressive variety of delicious options each morning. The pool area was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for relaxing. And the SPA was exceptional. I genuinely loved the facilities and treatments; it was one of the highlights of our stay. My only real complaint is the SPA’s hours, which are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. While understandable, I wish they would open earlier or stay open later. During a vacation, those are the hours you are often out sightseeing, and it would be wonderful to enjoy the spa either before heading out or after returning from a long day. Overall, the resort is beautiful and offers an outstanding experience, with just a few adjustments that could make it truly perfect. We still had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
