Great hotel, not that I want to tell everyone and have it overrun with strangers 😂 rooms are very well presented. The breakfast staff are on the ball and never leave you waiting for coffees or special orders for breakfast. The breakfast buffet has a great selection, if I had to make a couple of additions it would be pork sausages and baked beans but that's just the brit in me. Tony on concierge at reception is amazing 🤩, Pedro and Adolf (Daneris Targarian) at the Lounge bar, stand out for me with awesome service and genuine interest to chat and share stories! Down at the pool bar restaurant, Adrian R and Diego and I forgot the girls names all hard working and very friendly, keep up the great work. Diego and the valet lads at the entrance are all great guys and nothing is a problem.... 🤩🤩🤩 Great hotel, great rooms, and the restaurants on site are lovely especially La Veranda with Francisco 🤩 running the show! PS this is not our first time here.

Here for a wedding and amazed by the beautiful hotel and grounds but also by the warm welcoming approach of everyone here! We have particularly enjoyed the welcome and friendly approach of Adrian, from the Pool area. My wife needed to work some while we were here and chose to do so down by the pool….the environment and Adrian’s friendly attitude made it much better. Thank You Adrian!!

Beautiful hotel in Italian style. We were quite happy, however I would like to point out two negatives: 1) we had a suite and especially early in the morning very noisy. We accused the guests above us, but it was the breakfast restaurant beneath us. After 6 AM they were installing the tables and the seats underneath us, so we strongly recommend to avoid rooms 106-108, and 206-208! 2) we were very disappointed about the quality of the food in the restaurants. It is already a puzzle to find a restaurant that is open in April. I have the strong impression that there is just one kitchen cooking the food representing all restaurants. The style was very much the same: “overcooking”, probably to avoid food poisoning. The prices are considerable for the given quality. The salmon and the sea bass almost unedible, so dry. On the terrace we ordered a hamburger for almost 30 Euro’s. Sorry, but we dislike McDonald, 5 times cheaper and better. Even more inedible than the fish. Since the location of the hotel is rather isolated, we cannot recommend gusts onot having transport this very hotel.

Incredible location and facilities. Staff are probably amongst the best we have experienced . Half board option definitely the best way . Food excellent
