Restaurants disappoint
Great check in service, great spa, lovely room. However the main restaurant does not appear to open early/mid week so we booked the one where breakfast is served usually. The staff did not have our booking, and said we should go back to the front desk to complain! Two of the many vacant tables were by the terrace: no we couldn’t sit there because they were reserved. They remained empty all night. The lobster ravioli pasta was undercooked and the cod almost raw (I could see even as it approached). No sides were suggested. The breakfast buffet is average and while the omelette off the menu was good the eggs Benedict was paltry and disappointing.

this hotel is actually gorgeous, everything about it the pool,the golf courses,the overall vibe is amazing, the staff especially.i want to point out Diego who was working by the pool and at breakfast,he was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met because he was always smiley and friendly,remembered our names,always used mam and sir and very respectful and caring,he made the holiday really special.i also want to mention Carlotta who was the guest services manager she was so caring and lovely and also made the holiday just perfect because if there was a problem she was the first so solve it and really cared about helping people.Thank you so much Diego and Carlotta💗

Superstar staff Carlotta and Diego !
The most stunning location with some standout staff members who really made the experience special. Breathtaking place. Food is beautiful. Two staff members however made this particularly special. Carlotta in guest relations is not only beautiful , but a beautiful person and really went out of her way to help even with a medical issue. Diego is also an absolute superstar. Friendly, warm, remembered our names and what we like to drink. Always there with a smile and helpful attitude. If you do anything then hold on to these two!

Great choice for golfers
Great hotel located next to the beautiful Los Flamingos golf course. From the rooms you can admire the views of the amazing greenery. Excellent choice for golfers. Very good restaurants. The prices are quite high, but the standard is good. I definitely recommend the place.

Very Relaxing.
I have spend a day in the Vila Padierna Spa and it was very relaxing, just what my body needed. My favorite is the salt bath, the lemon room, the cold dip pools and the relaxing room with the wonderful pillows. They recommended me to make three hot cold rounds, so I did. I wore my bathingsuit in the spa. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend.
