Excellent experience and would book again.
Reception staff extremely amicable and helpful. Quality, standard and cleanliness of room excellent. Bar staff amicable and friendly. Breakfast and dinner meals faultless.

Needs a massive investment!!
As much as it pains me I CAN'T recommend the hotel. The staff were amazing and without them this place would shut. The hotel is NOT a 5 star and is an average 4 star. There are no facilities. Everything is cordorned ouff and common areas are very very shabby. The basement areas have not been touched in about 10 years and have tape blocking them. The rooms need a massive updgrade as does the hotel hotel. Bfast tables were in the lobby of the hotel..genuinely. The location is great and if it got a proper invesmtent it could be very very good. Staff second to none and couldnt fault them but it needs a massive investment.

Great hotel on beach. Exceptional staff.
Hotel is in a great location yards from beach. Large rooms with big balcony overlooking the pool. Food was excellent. Great selection at breakfast to suit all tastes. Chef presented me with heart shaped omelette on Valentine’s Day. Big thank you to ladies on bedroom duties who found my watch in laundry. All staff very friendly and give exceptional service. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location and service
Perfect service, beautiful food and drinks selection. Special mention to Jose and the rest of the staff that were absolutely perfect throughout our whole stay. Location amazing on the beach with local amenities only minutes away. Will be back 100%

Gem of a hotel near to Puerto Banus
Lovely hotel where every member of staff were helpful and kind. Yes the hotel is dated but honestly it is still a stunning hotel. we had a lovely time there and the breakfast menu was superb where the “egg lady” was fast and efficient cooking every variety you could think of. It’s a shame two restaurants on site were closed. I hope the differences are resolved and one day. This is a gem of a hotel 15 mons walk to the hub of puerto banus.
