Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banus

Hotel is in a great location yards from beach. Large rooms with big balcony overlooking the pool. Food was excellent. Great selection at breakfast to suit all tastes. Chef presented me with heart shaped omelette on Valentine’s Day. Big thank you to ladies on bedroom duties who found my watch in laundry. All staff very friendly and give exceptional service. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect service, beautiful food and drinks selection. Special mention to Jose and the rest of the staff that were absolutely perfect throughout our whole stay. Location amazing on the beach with local amenities only minutes away. Will be back 100%

Lovely hotel where every member of staff were helpful and kind. Yes the hotel is dated but honestly it is still a stunning hotel. we had a lovely time there and the breakfast menu was superb where the “egg lady” was fast and efficient cooking every variety you could think of. It’s a shame two restaurants on site were closed. I hope the differences are resolved and one day. This is a gem of a hotel 15 mons walk to the hub of puerto banus.

Very nice hotel - on our trip some hotel services weren’t available, so a 4 score. The staff were especially good - for example we had an issue with being allocated a double rather than a twin room but the staff immediately rectified it and upgraded our room. Also as the hotel parking was limited the concierge parked our vehicle locally for us and brought it to hotel each morning. On our last day we needed to leave before breakfast service unfortunately but the hotel prepared a “to go” breakfast package for us at no charge. Examples of great customer service.

Beautiful, extremely well appointed room. Lovely view. Immaculately clean. It was quiet. Excellent breakfast and very good value evening meals. The staff deserve special mention for being absolutely brilliant.
