Fabulous experience
Hotel facilities are 5star plus. Beautiful gardens and surrounding. Rooms are stunning and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. A must to revisit and recommend. Spa also fabulous 😍 x

Last minute rooms
We were refused a room at another hotel because we have a dog. The Kimpton accepted us last minute, no problem with the dog. They were over the top welcoming. Beautiful rooms, accommodations were excellent.

Hospitality at its best! Thanks Monteros for making my mums birthday so special
We came for my mums 80th birthday and I have to say my expectations were high as I had already stayed at the hotel the week it opened. My expectations were far exceeded. Staff No other IHG hotel comes close with service. I hadn’t even got out of the car and the staff were at hand to help. The two chaps at the door are so amazing, super friendly and helpful. The same with reception and the bar. This experience from arrival to departure in all areas of the hotel is exemplary. They even gave us a toy for the dog! Rooms Of all the Kimptons I have stayed in the Marbella one is just spot on. They have everything you need in the room and the layout is great. Cleanliness is phenomenal. Restaurant For dinner food is not great value for money but it’s Marbella prices so want surprised at the prices and the food was nice. The hotel also accommodated us bringing my mums birthday cake and again staff were so lovely at bar. Spa Was fine my parents really enjoyed it. This was hospitality at its best. A big thank you to everyone at Los Monteros for making my mums 80th a special weekend

Recent experience
This was the second stay at Kimpton Los Monteros, returning because of how well we were treated the first time. Once again, the experience didn’t disappoint. Alejandro and Maria made a real difference to our stay. Both were attentive, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout, always making sure things were running smoothly without ever being intrusive. It felt personal and relaxed, and you could tell they genuinely care about guests and take pride in what they do. It’s that level of thoughtfulness that sets this hotel apart and is the reason we came back. We left feeling well looked after and already looking forward to returning again.
