I stayed at the hotel with my friends from July 8th to July 12th. It was excellent! We were welcomed by an exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive staff. The rooms were outstanding. I have been visiting Los Monteros every year for the past 20 years, and the newly renovated hotel is even better than before! We will definitely return next year. I would especially like to highlight Alejandro, Alina from the booking reservations team, and Carmen from the reception desk. Everything was excellent, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice and quite location, fast check in, clean and well prepared room, nice amenities, attentive housekeeping ladies, wonderful breakfast, delicious omelets, clean and well designed outdoor pool area. There is a shuttle service to the beach which is really great. There is rental bikes in front of the hotel that I don't recommend. We tried it, it charged to my credit card but didn't unlock the bike so that, we could not ride. The best department of the hotel is Food and Beverage, especially Breakfast Team was really perfect. Overall, great hotel with great value.
