Great staff at the pool Jaime misses & Roberto made you feel welcome at the restaurant Fatiwa greeted you with a big smile and looked after you nothing was to much trouble the rooms are lovely I would recommend this hotel

Feel like a stranger in you’re own hotel. To many unknowns, need to book this, don’t need to book that. left standing in bar (not restaurant) because didn’t pre book a table, left standing in the corner, while everyone was seated (lots of empty seats), couldn’t order a drink at the bar, too busy serving tables; in the end we just left, as we felt like strangers In our own hotel; not a nice feeling, Esp., after dropping €20k for the pleasure.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff didn't just check us in; they welcomed us with genuine warmth and an effortless level of care that set the tone for our entire stay. This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s an experience. Our best experience was around the swimming pool where the incredible team, in special Moises and Salvia made it magical. Amazing!!! We are already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful hotel with a great sense of design and attention to detail. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and very well designed, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. A special mention goes to the gentlemen at the entrance, who are always extremely helpful with luggage, cars and transportation arrangements — professional, friendly and efficient. La Cabane is definitely one of the highlights — a beautiful setting and a great atmosphere. The hotel also offers various activities and experiences, which is a great addition, but unfortunately not every guest seems to be aware of them. It would be helpful to have information cards in the rooms with a simple overview of the activities and experiences available during the stay. The main area for improvement is the overall pool service. There are no physical menus or QR codes available by the sunbeds, which makes ordering food and drinks less convenient than it should be. The pool menu itself could also offer a wider and more varied selection. Another downside is the lack of a separate children’s pool. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a hotel I would happily return to.

Cannot wait to return! We recently visited with our two young children. This hotel is perfect for families. However, I would also return with my husband for a couples trip or a girls trip. They have created the perfect balance for everyone whilst still feeling elevated. Food was great. Service is 10/10, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Loved our room, it was spacious for our family of four. Felt very new and clean. Loved the rooftop. We watched the World Cup final there, they create such a fun atmosphere. The pool is one of the best and so great for children. The depth is 1.5 and there is a large platform for children to play and adults to sit. Loved the spa, I went twice. Loved the restaurant “Rachel’s” attached to the hotel. Short walk to the beach, hotel also provides a two mins buggy ride. Ten min drive to old town, it’s a great location. We cannot wait to return, thoroughly recommend.
