The staff is friendly. The location great. We enjoyed walking the beach via security gate at rear of the property. We loved the room and having multiple mirrors and areas to get ready. Breakfast was good and had large selection of food.

Lovely hotel great staff and the Japanese cocktail was amazing. Thanks John for your humour and experience. Had a great time and had ta lovely time with other guests at tasting.

The place is beautiful and the facilities are wonderful. Specifically the bedroom and the bed pillows were so comfortable. I would love to find out where these could be purchased. The special treats that were left on our bed each evening was lovely. The bedroom was so well equipped with wonderful items and it was a home from home. I would love to revisit the hotel again. My experience at check-in was poor. The evening before I arrived, I checked into a hotel in Dublin and it took me about two minutes to register, pay and get my key card. In the ME hotel there was a big queue and we waited 20minutes before we got served and it took approximately 15minutes to check in. There is something wrong with the hotel process with guests having to check in and get their keycard. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and had breakfast each morning in the dining room. The first morning I ordered an omelette with onion and cheese. The other guests at the table also ordered omelettes with various toppings. My breakfast and two of the other guests at our table were given the incorrect servings. We informed the waitress but no apologies was given. The following morning we ordered breakfast and we were waiting for approx 25 minutes or more before we were served our ordered breakfast. Again my order was incorrect and I asked for the correct order to be served. Again no apology received from the waitress who took our orders. On the third morning I ordered a plane omelette so that they couldn’t get it wrong. All the staff at the hotel were very polite and smiled. But when taking an order in the dining room, the ordered items should be confirmed with the hotel guest. That did not happen on any of the three mornings. It was a very disappointing experience. One other point, I would recommend that the item used the bar for cooling the beer glasses before pouring beer into the glass should be positioned away from where guests sit at the bar counter. The cooler is very loud when operated and I heard complaints from guests in our company that they would jump with fright when the cooler was operated. Otherwise our stay at the hotel was pleasant and would visit again sometime. Thank you for reading these comments and I hope you review with hotel

Hotel in a lovely location for walking to town and beach ! Hotel spotless and staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is lovely and so much choice and cooked to order, Mamen and the staff in the breakfast area and so lovely making it relaxing breakfast experience.
