Great Hotel with Room for Improvement
The hotel is great, looks beautiful, and most importantly, feels very safe. My only comments are that the service is quite slow, and the housekeeping could be improved, as the rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Wonderful staff
I think mamen, hanadi, juanhi, lucia and patri - what a wonderful team. They went above and beyond to help us. Mamen was so lovely, fun and made every breakfast wonderful. All the facilities are incredible, and everyone goes above and beyond to help you. The atmosphere is gorgeous, very relaxed and peaceful

5 star experience!
we had a lovely time at ME Marbella. We were served by Mamen, Hanadi, Juanmi, Lucia and Patri every morning during breakfast. Mamen was particularly welcoming, coming and saying hi to us every morning and looking after us! we will definitely be coming back 🙂🙂

A great Stay
The location is perfect, very near the puerto banus marina for an amazing experience of super cars, views and lovely dinners. The atmosphere is great, the scent and playlist in the hotel are top notch, the beds are extremely comfy and the two time daily room cleaning is so so helpful, Mamen served us most days for breakfast and she was great, extremely kind and super fast at her service, she interacted with my whole family and welcomed us from the first day of our stay.
