Quiet rooms, super comfortable beds, great shower and amazing staff, beginning with Jose at the front desk who made check-in easy and ensured everything was perfect for our four-night stay. At breakfast—a feast of fabulous selections, premium coffee options and freshly-squeezed orange juice— we were helped by lovely Mariela and Daniela who were very kind and attentive. Wonderful experience. We’ll be back!

We recently had a magnificient stay at the Nh hotel Marbella. Right from the get go our stay was 5 star in every way. We checked in late in the evening but received a very warm welcome from Jordi at the front desk who attended to our every need. The rooms have been recently refurbished and we had an excellent room overlooking the pool garden. The rooms also have an excellent array of vanity packs re dental care / shower items. The rooms are also finely stocked with water tea and coffee. The hotel is located only 5 minutes from the promenade and also boasts a fine pool garden for relaxing if you so wish. Both the service and food in the pool garden is excellent and a special mention to Mana for her professional standards. The great service extends beyond check out. Access to the pool garden and its facilities are extended and the shower facilities at the fitness suite are provided to freshen up for late flights. All in all a great stay and we will return. Nice hotel close to the beach and other facilities. The rooms have good size, are clean and have a mini bar (with charge). The pool area is ok and towels are provided. We prefer the beach, but the pool is nice for a swim or a drink in the pool bar. You can contact reception if you need to borrow an iron and they bring it to your room. Personally I prefer if the iron is in the room at all times. I also missed bathrobes. Orherwise great value for money.

We stayed here from 1-4 May. The rooms are spacious. Nicely appointed. Stylish. Front desk and other staff are super friendly and helpful. Great suggestions on where to eat etc. excellent. It’s near the beach. A 8 minute walk away. Lovely beach cafes. Short cab ride to the old town. And lots of good food at both places. Has a nice pool.

I write after I've been though the black out of Spain. It was a really scary experience and I felt the hotel staff were not prepared and beside a generator for the lights in the main areas there was nothing in your room that worked. None of the plugs or as it was getting dark none of the lighting. The hotel staff had no answers and I said they really need an action plan but nothing seemed to be happening nor explained which I felt was really poor. On a positive note, there not a monthly staff of the month employee scheme in place so I have to say on here that at least one member of staff stood out in all of this who was the supervisor on the breakfast shift, Teresa Y Mariela, who at least had the kindness to speak and be helpful.
