The 5-star hiding as a 4-star hotel
EXCELLENT!!! This hotel is four stars but between the immaculate service and the warm new renovation, it feels like a five star. The location is central, but it’s tucked off the main road with a lot of greenery so it’s relatively quiet. They have a huge pool with a beautiful garden and a pool bar - so all drink & food are right there. You can spend the entire day at the pool and be very comfortable. The beach is only an eight minute walk away. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate. I will only stay at NH COLLECTION when I’m in Marbella.

Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful and Well-Located Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at the NH Collection Marbella. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the sea and close to many local attractions. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and featured a balcony with a pleasant view — perfect for relaxing. The open-air pool area was ideal for unwinding, with plenty of shaded spots and a convenient snack bar. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Throughout our stay, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Overall, it was a delightful experience — we would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect hotel
We loved our stay at the hotel! Everybody was so helpful and friendly with us especially the restaurant staff/manager (lost the piece of paper with her name on it) that works both morning and night shifts. The hotel room was very clean housekeeping team were also super friendly and the room was quite spacious! Thanks so much for everything

Lovely rooms, the staff not so much
The hotel is lovely, modern, clean. The rooms are also stunning, huge beds, great bathrooms. The only let down of the rooms was the balconies, they are very small and thin, no chairs outside so we couldn’t make use of it. But we were let down by the staff friendliness and customer support. I will say there were a couple who were amazing and helpful but we found most staff to be rude and unhelpful. The receptionist who checked us in, Angela, was incredibly rude on arrival. The bar staff by the pool also were not the friendliest.
