I stayed here for four days and could not find fault with anything. All services food and accommodation reached high standards. Minor issue with online check-in.

Front Desk Failure & Dishonest pool Bar
What can i say Hotel was clean location is a bit remote our initial checkin experience was awful Jose on tje front deal is arrogant and unhelpful we paid a premium for early check in he huffed and pointed to the 3pm check in sign eventually after a bit of protesting he checked is in ( it did take a hour to check in ) specifically booked two sea view rooms to be given partial sea view if you could call them that ( a faulty towers sketch comes to mind ) di I protest ues did i succeeded NO so the premium paid was not honoured pool bar service was sketchy and be warned if you book anything to your room be careful we had lunch and signed for it all ok after lunch i ordered soft drinks and signed what I thought was our lunch ticket with drinks added nope some one else’s lunch and drinks but hey i signed it but be warned all in all a mediocre hotel with a Buffoon on the front desk Will we return not a chance NH this hotel is not what i would expect

Personal experience
The hotel is nice, but it’s far from the attractions. If you don’t have a car, it can be difficult to find transportation, although this is manageable. However, the biggest concern about this hotel is that the staff always seem angry and unwelcoming!! Never smiling

Great hotel
Hotel was very new and clean, no issues. The location was not on the ocean directly but easy to get to.

The hotel could get away with being a 5* after the renovation.
Rennovation is fantastic. From super king beds and duck down pillows to power showers. Meanwhile the catering was always good. Flawless now.
