Reviews for Nobu Hotel Marbella

Being earplugs!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

The rooms are okay. Well designed and thought through. Unfortunately they are incredibly noisy. Even when deliberately booking away from the plaza area. We had to ask for ear plugs to sleep with the noise of the banging gates at the start of each building, the drunk screaming guests and the banging of doors. We had no turn down on 2/3 nights, meaning no change of towels, water etc. we had to phone to ask for shower gel as they didn’t replenish anything. The pool seems like an afterthought - just 18 loungers. Very little to actually do. Go elsewhere. It’s just not worth it.

Nobu Vibe and Location Shine, Rooms Fall Short

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

I stayed at Nobu Marbella recently and really enjoyed the overall experience, though there are a few areas that could use some attention. The hotel has a lively, upbeat atmosphere — perfect if you want somewhere with plenty going on, plus great food, nightlife, and easy beach access. The room itself had that recognisable Nobu style and was a good size, but it’s starting to show its age. Some of the finishes felt a bit worn, and a refresh would help it match the rest of the property’s high-end image. The bed was comfortable, and I loved having a balcony, but for the price, I was expecting something a little sharper. The location is a big plus. Being part of the Puente Romano complex means you’ve got an incredible choice of restaurants, bars, and entertainment right on your doorstep. You could easily spend the whole trip without ever leaving the resort. As for the food, Nobu’s restaurant didn’t disappoint — the black cod, sushi, and tempura were all excellent, and service across the hotel was friendly and professional. All in all, Nobu Marbella is a great choice if you’re after a buzzing, food-focused luxury stay. Just bear in mind that the rooms aren’t quite as polished as the rest of the experience.

My 24 Hour visit

The hotel itself is beautiful with stylish interiors and great service, but unfortunately the loud cleaning noise from as early as 6:30am made it impossible to get a proper night’s sleep, which really impacted the overall experience

Nobu Hotel Marbella

A Perfect Stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella – Exceptional Staff Make It Unforgettable From the moment we arrived at Nobu Hotel Marbella, we were treated with an extraordinary level of care and professionalism that truly elevated our experience. The hotel itself is stunning – chic, modern, and perfectly located with direct access to the vibrant atmosphere of La Plaza and the relaxing serenity of the beach. What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff, particularly Rebecca and Jana. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality went far beyond expectations. Whether it was ensuring every little request was met with a smile or offering thoughtful local recommendations, Rebecca and Jana made us feel not just welcome, but truly cared for.

Basically a scam with a famous name

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Service was terrible, the hotel does not feel safe it’s open to the public as a thorough fair to the restaurant areas, so they tell you not to put any valuables in the safe. When you ask the concierge to book in places for you they reply an hour late, and they fully stuffed our booking they told us it was booked then once we were in the uber on our way they told us it was booked out! The whole place is a scam and they try to rip you off where they can! The hotel has a sauna steam room facility but you have to pay for it. I also badly slipped out of the shower because the tiles were so slippery they did nothing about it. Oh and be prepared to be woke up at 2 am because there is a nightclub under the hotel the bass will vibrate your room but they don’t tell you this and pretend it’s just a once off random event I would never go back I’ve stayed in the best hotel brands in the world. Nobu would have to be the worst I’ve ever stayed The best thing about this hotel is people watching you can sit in the lobby early in the morning watch all the walks of shame leave the hotel from there one night stands that’s how Terrible this hotel is !
