Nobu Hotel Marbella

The rooms were well sized and comfortable and the reservations, concierge and valet team were warm and friendly, and that’s where the positives ended. Our room overlooked the resort’s restaurants, which were busy and loud until 1 a.m. or later and kept us awake. Then at 6 a.m., noise from staff working the front of the rooms woke us again. Between the two, we got very little sleep. The Puente Romano complex didn’t live up to its reputation for us. The restaurants felt overhyped and overpriced, and the crowd seemed more interested in being seen than in the setting. We found little that felt authentic to Marbella or to the property itself. We ended up leaving a day early. At this price point, guests should be able to count on a quiet night. If the hotel can address the restaurant noise and early-morning staff activity, it would make a real difference to the stay.

I’ve never had a holiday that was so relaxing, luxurious, and enjoyable. Every member of staff is helpful and kind. We had incredible meals and you spoiled for choice. Anywhere you dine will be spectacular. Can’t wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed and the breakfast was excellent. We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome in our room, including the champagne and fresh fruit. It was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel special from the moment we arrived. What stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone we met was friendly, cheerful, helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Cristóbal, who was always incredibly kind and positive. Whenever we saw him in the morning, there was always a smile and a friendly chat, which made us feel genuinely welcome. We also spent time at the beach and at the Chiringuito, where Pablo and Dayana were fantastic. They were attentive, accommodating and always happy to help, whether we were having drinks or simply relaxing by the beach. This was really the feeling throughout the whole stay. Wherever we went, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. The service never felt cold or impersonal, and the team always made us feel comfortable without being intrusive. Beautiful surroundings, great breakfast, lovely attention to detail and, most importantly, a wonderful team. A very memorable stay and somewhere we would be very happy to return to.

Great hotel, perfect area, has all of the nice restaurants. Team constantly checking in on you, room was very nice, had of the amenities you’d need. More on the pricey side, but definitely worth it, felt like you were home. Very clean, good service, and has everything you need nearby. They give you access to text their reception and the reception does everything for you, that’s the best part (:

I had such a lovely stay at Nobu Hotel Marbella. From the moment I made my booking, even before arriving at the hotel, everything was so well organised and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference. I also loved the restaurants. Chambao was great, breakfast at El Pimpi was amazing, lunch at Sea Grill was lovely, and I really enjoyed dinner at Goya. Everything was excellent, from the food to the atmosphere and service. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Nobu Marbella. I’ll be back very soon!
