Check bed size before booking
Stayed in a deluxe twin queen bed room which was sold as suitable for 4 people. The queen beds were only 150cm wide and not suitable for 2 to share unless they are small children. You could not even have 2 pillows side by side. The hotel did at least provide a rollaway bed for free when I raised this. Our bathroom needed some renovation. Aspects of 5 star service not there eg, no offer to help with bags at check in, no waiter service at pool. The flies at the pool were very irritating. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff were pleasant and accommodating.

An Oasis away from the Beaches
Beautiful resort removed from the beach, which provides some benefits as the large pool and 27 holes of golf will allow some relaxation away from the high energy of the beaches. The rooms are light and airy and the food was of high quality.

Perfect in every way
What an amazing experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large with beautiful balconies and sunrise views. An amazing buffet breakfast with a wonderful staff. Free shuttles to the port and town. Modern and light lobby. Unbelievable and refreshing large pool. Located in a safe and upscale neighborhood. Would go back in a minute.

After almost two years we decided to come back to the La Quinta for our short break in Marbella. We got a really nice room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In particular I would like to mention the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at the reception ( two person in particular ) . They were even able to communicate with us in our language ( German ). The breakfast variety was very good ass well. Overall a great place to stay and relax.

Beautiful and relaxing place
Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool area. Remote from the hustle and bustle, but that was what I was looking for. Spacious rooms. Beautifully decorated hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Pool opening times could be improved, as the whole pool area is closed until 10 a.m. – this was a bit of a challenge with small children. Pool bar opening times are also something that should be reconsidered, as it opens at 11:30 a.m.
