Bait and Switch
We went to the hotel to have appetizers and drinks at Tesoro We valet parked and they said get you ticket validated after you are done and the parking will be free.We went at 5:00 and they said the restaurant was closed for an event that night and said we couldn't go there They directed us to the bar at the beach and we had food and drinks and spent $200. We left and got our car and they said we had to pay $28 because we didn't eat at Teroso We explained we could not eat there because of an event and showed them we spent $200 and they said SORRY,but you didn't eat there so you must pay I am a loyal Marriot customer and will now think twice about staying at a place where what they did I consider a bait and switch tactic I have never been more disappointed

Nice upscale place
Very nice hotel. We stayed in the Sirene section. Staff helpful. Decor tasteful. Jacob on the beach was particularly attuned to our needs. Overall very nice place to relax.

Enjoyable stay - great beach
Enjoying our stay Beach is beautiful… and huge. Jacob provides wonderful service at the beach each day. Sunset views are incredible and plenty of options for food and drink on property

Disappointing stay
We had requested a high floor room months ago when we booked , when we checked in we were given a high floor room and were told the room was not ready , no problem , we got a text the room was ready , 5 minutes later we get a call the room isn’t ready and they changed our room . When I asked which floor , I was told we can’t tell you that till you check in at the desk , when we got to the desk we were given a room on the 3rd floor , when I said that will be loud , I was told none of the convention events will be outside of our room , for all of our 3 night stay there were convention activities right below , it was a loud stay to say the least

Great beachy time
Great day at the beach with the kids while husband on business trip. Mansa was amazing at helping us with chairs and umbrellas and anything else we needed. Beautiful beaches.
