The best resort on Marco Island
We absolutely love this place. World class service and the friendliest staff. The hotel is always well maintained and never disappoints. A big thank you to Sharon Lockwood from the Ambassador Team for the recognition of my status. Can’t wait to be back in October.

Had a wonderful trip overall! Servers in Maia were great. Mensa helped us get set up well on the beach. Beautiful view from our room & appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Great JW property!

Not a true JW Marriott
The following catches my experience at this JW, which by what I went through is not a JW Marriot as I know them. 1. At the time of checking in, the front desk associate did not inform me that I had continental breakfasts included and offered to “sell” it to me or give me 21,000 points. Fortunately I chose the points because I learned that I had the brakfast inclused already. It was the waiter at the restaurant the next morning who let me know. This is a disservice to clients, trying to sell something that is already included. 2. The ice machine in floors 7 and 6 were out of order the whole stay. We reported twice to the front desk, totally useless. 3. The bench in the shower was never cleaned and had residues( human hairs) from the previous guest. Unbelievable! This bench was never cleaned, very disgusting! 4. Most of the restaurants were closed and none of the employees had the slightest idea that they were closed. They even recommended us to make reservations when if fact they were closed. This lack of knowledge was widespread, even the concierge told us to make a reservation at Tesoro when in fact it was closed. Total disconnect from the employees. Do they know they work there???? 5. The ice bucket was left with water from one day to the next, it is supposed to to be empty and a new plastic bag. For these reasons and me being Platinum Elite and having being in many JW’s in the US and in other countries, I would not repeat this property nor recommend it.

Relaxing Experience
We enjoyed our time. Our service was amazing. Mansa was kind and courteous while we were at the beach. Great restaurants!
