Beautiful spot. Hotel provided beach chairs and umbrella. Super clean and spacious rooms with full kitchen including coffee, bottled water, etc. I gave a 4 star because of hotel construction however the plus was for construction reduced rates. I could not have afforded this hotel without that.

WHAT HAPPENED?!?! ☹️☹️ Sooooo disappointed. I have been here 6 times. After Covid, this is my first time back. I’m currently here and it’s not the same. After 24 hours in I have so many issues. The previous service I had been used to has all . We went to the beach (chairs, towels, beds previously included) we were met with a charge. So walking back to reception to check, yes! What was included is now charged. If you don’t want to pay you have to carry chairs, towels and umbrella from the room to the beach (it’s a long way!) also the boy on reception was so rude to us. (it was only this one, the others have been great.) We had a beer from the beach bar at $25 (like what the heck!) later I went for a coke and bottle of water to be refilled ($7) My husband went back later for more water and the bathroom. He was told he could not get water unless buying a alcoholic drink ( previously water was provided at the beach pre covid) so he tried to get in the bathroom and was told it was on a code, but he couldn’t get it because he didn’t purchase alcohol or food ( even though we had previously) we were told we had to go back to our room to use the bathroom! Honestly, I do not know who owns us now, but they have destroyed a brilliant hotel. I will not be staying here again.

There is no resort to be found here. Very disappointing. Pool being renovated. Noise and dust from that. No amenities to be found on the property. Room cleaned well, but carpet stained horribly. A “do it yourself” place. The one staff person at a small desk in the lobby was nice but no other staff visible.

The hotel and staff was great! Very helpful with all our questions. And the room was clean and very comfortable. The only down side was the pool and pool area was closed due to renovations. But we were able to use other pools in the area and all turned out just fine.
