Outstanding Club Lounge at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay
I had a truly wonderful experience at the Executive Lounge at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The lounge offered a perfect blend of comfort, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service that made our stay truly memorable. I would especially like to commend the manager, Bala, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about every detail of our dining experience. He consistently checked in on us, made us feel warmly welcome, and even went the extra mile by personally preparing a special cocktail for us. His warm greetings every time we saw him really made us feel like valued guests. I would also like to mention Simon, who was equally impressive. He was warm, attentive, and had a genuinely infectious smile that brightened our visits to the lounge. He kindly recommended Clarke Quay, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip — the lively atmosphere there was fantastic and we had a wonderful time. Overall, both Bala and Simon, along with the entire lounge team, provided hospitality that exceeded our expectations. The comfortable setting, excellent selection of food and beverages, and personalized service made our evenings at the lounge one of the best parts of our Singapore trip. We highly recommend the Executive Lounge and look forward to returning on our next visit!

Stay at ParkRoyal MBS
Check in was fast and good. Staff who attended to us was polite. Hotel clean. But our check-out experience was bad. We were billed wrong amount [$5k!], the room numbers on the invoice were not accurate. The young staff who attended to us could not explain to us on the discrepancies. After 30mins staff came with a new invoice that showed outstanding amount of $1,500+. No apologies given from the staff.

Very pleasant experience
Nice ambience and friendly hotel staff, we enjoyed our stay very much. Special compliments to Mr.Bala from Collection Club, he was warm and friendly, making us feel welcome at all times.

Great service from Yarik at Guest Services, who kindly upgraded our room to the highest floor, in the corner overlooking Marina Bay. Excellent service from concierge Dicky too.
