I had an excellent experience at a luxury hotel in Singapore with stunning city views. Check-in and reception were extremely fast, the interior looks like an elegant mall, and when I felt unwell, they called a doctor to my room in record time. Services are great , highly recommend!

We’re thankful to have Christine as our wedding manager at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. She was always just a message away whenever we had questions (and we had a lot of questions). Planning wedding can be stressful, but she made whole experience manageable. She took the time to truly understand what we wanted and offered practical advice throughout the process. There was never hard selling, just genuine support and commitments to making our day meaningful. Although we encountered a few minor hiccups along the way, Christine and her team remained calm and composed, handling it smoothly and with effective solutions. Incredibly grateful to Kathleen, Chong Tak, Darrell, and Haziq. On the actual day, they were attentive to us. They made sure everything goes smoothly and constantly checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Looking back (almost a year back, now we are back for our anniversary stay), we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Thank you all for being such a big part of our journey together.

Stayed here twice in a month on the way into and out of New Zealand and cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - amongst the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff literally cannot do enough to make your stay relaxing and memorable. If you do stay here, you have to take the upgrade to include access to the Collection Club lounge. As well as a free daily mini bar with soft drinks and a one off snack box, you also get access to the lounge itself which serves complimentary; breakfast (also available in the main dining area if you prefer), afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapes (sufficient for a light dinner without an issue) and most importantly probably the most attentive hotel staff in the world. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble and you are left really feeling that your happiness and stay satisfaction is their primary and only concern (thank you Aina - I think that is how it is spelt - the boss lady anyway!, Simon and Jenny - you will livelong in the memory). The rooms are spacious, excellently appointed and spotlessly clean (as you would expect for Singapore which gets so much of living absolutely right). The bathrooms are a great size with an excellent rain fall shower. The views of the city are amazing especially looking out towards the harbour area and the Marina Bay Sands hotel and associated iconic buildings. Superbly located, everywhere is a short and sensible walk to get to all main attractions. The pool area is very good and again, with lounge access soft drinks, tea and coffee, are complimentary throughout the day even at poolside - on the second trip I was incapacitated and the lady running the sky line poolside bar insisted on bringing us soft drinks to avoid us having to walk to the lounge - how is that for service? During both stays, we were given late check out to suit our flights at no additional charge (which may only be a feature of the club lounge upgrade) which made the process of leaving as pain free as possible. The concierge team are amazing and help with all manner of matters even finding a crutch for me to use for the duration of our second stay. These guys are amazing and deserve to be super successful - we will definitely be returning when we can find an excuse to come back to lovely Singapore.

Perfect location for marina bay, lovely comfortable service. Could benefit from more dining options, all you can eat buffet is not our style.
