Lovely experience overall with very few negatives
The stay has been lovely overall. Check-in was really smooth and Doris who checked us in was really efficient and friendly, she gave us a lot of useful info about where to go and what to do with a fair few recommendations. We can to Singapore for our 5th year anniversary and the room attendant ‘Nabi’ sent us a little ‘Happy Anniversary’ card and some macaroons which was a nice personal touch! Breakfast was also booked with our stay and this is definitely worth it! The options are many and it does also change day to day which is nice. The only negative I would say is one of sockets in the room is very worn out and does not work, the reading lights do not work and the light flickers, and also when requesting additional extras from concierge e.g. a sewing kit.. it does take a long while and we had to chase up a couple of times… this was a little later on at night so not sure, maybe they were short staffed. Overall the staff here are super friendly and nice and everyone is always happy to help! Thank you everyone at Park Royal.. you have made our stay amazing! Looking forward to staying at the next Park Royal hotels we have booked in Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur! :)
