PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was deeply disappointing. Due to extraordinary circumstances, including ongoing military conflict, we were unable to travel and kindly requested a simple rescheduling of our stay. Despite the situation being entirely beyond our control, the hotel refused even this minimal flexibility. For a large five-star property, this level of rigidity and lack of empathy is both surprising and disheartening. One would expect a far greater degree of understanding and professionalism, especially in circumstances of such gravity. Regrettably, this approach reflects a very poor standard of customer care and has left a distinctly negative impression.

We booked this hotel via British Airways as we were given extra nights, upgrade and late checkout. We were not disappointed. When we arrived our luggage was taken and we were shown to reception to check-in. Our room was excellent. Lovely and spacious with a balcony and views out to Marina Bay. Breakfast was included with our package and there was a very wide choice of food catering for all nationalities. I would like to thank Claire who worked in the restaurant. She saw we had our tourist books out and she was extremely helpful on how to get to various places etc. Thank you Claire. We absolutely loved Singapore and if we were to return we would definitely stay at this hotel as it was centrally located. You had the choice of two MRT stations within a few minutes walk. Raffles hotel round the corner for their famous Singapore Sling. Marina Bay was within 5 minutes walking and everything was easily accessible.

Luggage taken to our room Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable Good amenities in the bathroom Toothpaste toothbrushes. Shaving kit. Sanitary bag. Vanity kit. Roomy shower with nice gels and shampoos All staff very friendly and speak good English Great position in Marina Bay Food in hotel is lovely Great breakfast choice Toast, pastries, fruit, fresh juices Eggs and You can have bacon on request at the omlette station Asian style food also available at breakfast Tiger and Heineken on draught at the bar but it is $22 SGD per pint. A bit more expensive than other places but you are in a five star hotel so probably the going rate Overall a fabulous hotel and we would stay here again if we are ever back in Singapore
