The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. Ganesan attended to us whenever we needed something and made our stay very pleasant.

Mesmerising unforgettable moments staying in this beautiful lovely hotel. Everything was superbly first class service and hospitality was amazingly fantabulous from the concierge, to the reception, to hotel porter whom send our luggage to the room and not forgetting the lovely staffs whom were on duties serving us at the executive club lounge. We celebrated our anniversary in this hotel; which were beautifully decorated in the room. Comfy and soft pillow depends our sleep soundly and mesmerisingly. They have lovely hot showers and comfy toilet with high end toiletries from shower gel to shampoo and conditioners. We stayed at the Club Executive Room @ 20th floor. Amazing varieties of high end light bite, from crab sticks to skewers, ribs, meat balls and varieties of deserts and cakes with light refreshments like salads bars, refreshing fresh salmon and cold cuts were served at the Executive Cocktail Evening. They served very high end quality champagne, wine and other refreshing alcohol and soft drinks with juices. Peppermint restaurant served varieties of foods for breakfast ranging from fusion, Chinese foods to American English bacons and hams, to Japan Sushi, Miso soup and some Indians foodies; high were amazing great and tasty. Their eggs bar counter were amazing. With eggs ranging from egg Benedict, to Omelette, Sunny Side Up Eggs, to Polo Bun egg. Overall stayed were describe in one word: INDESCRIBABLE!!!!!! Special thanks to DORIS and her team that was was helpful, humble and tactful in serving us during our warm stay at this hotel. Will definitely recommend and come back here again. As it is walking distance to many famous attraction like Marina Square, MBS, Garden by the bay, and many more. Well done team!!!! GREAT AMAZING JOB.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel several times now, and we always had the best experiences. Which is why my partner chose this particular hotel for his proposal during our staycation. This time was extra special. And we are looking to book this special place again when we get married in June :) The hotel environment and room is so clean and inviting. Amenities and complimentary snacks are aplenty. Great location. Alot of good food nearby. We would love to specially thank Dior, who made the check in process a breeze. Mr Dior went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, because we were celebrating a special occasion, and he made it extra special for us. His warm welcome set the tone for our staycation and engagement :) Thank you so much Mr Dior for making us feel like home away from home. Your outstanding customer service made our stay incredibly memorable. The housekeeping team's attention to detail ensured that my room was spotless and comfortable. I would also like to thank Ms Kimberly Yip, Ms Hailey Kim and Ms Sherlene Lai for patiently and efficiently attending to my queries and special requests, which made us feel so welcome and excited for our stay. To the kind staff members mentioned above as well as other staff members of the hotel, thank you for your generous hospitality and for going the extra mile. We cannot thank you enough for such a memorable stay and celebration of our engagement :)

My family and i came over to park royal collection for a night stay with our kids. Due to certain situational conditions, the team was able to work around the problem to ensure that our stay were as expected and beyond. Great thanks to Nardia and duty manager for the effort and care put in place, to ensure that our stay is as great and awesome as the many other stays we had with Park Royal Collection! The hotel has indeed provided an amazing experience and having 1 of the best crews that has the heart and mentalism to ensure all guests (local or foreigner) enjoy and have a splendid day! One the good hotels to visit in singapore!

Here for a few days for our wedding anniversary and we were made to feel special by every member of staff. It goes without saying, I will be staying here for my next visit.
