PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Excellent service by Mr Ganesan who immediately assisted us without prompting when he saw us with a stroller. He facilitated the check in for us and we were checked in within 10 minutes!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at PARKROYAL and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for the start of our honeymoon. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of delicious options, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Ganesan, who greeted us every day with a genuine smile. He gave us fantastic recommendations for Singapore, made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment, and his kindness really made our honeymoon even more special. He is a real asset to the hotel. We were genuinely sad to leave this amazing place. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

Amazing hotel and great staff. Felt like a real luxury establishment. Location was great right next to the MRT and near to the bay.

Park Royal Marina Bay is a very attractive well located hotel. Our experience was enhanced by the care and attention of the staff, in particular Ganesan, who perceived our needs as elderly persons, and responded with exceptional tact, humour and kindness.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Lush indoor gardens, birds chirping, stunning pool, wonderful service. Bala and his team in the club lounge were fantastic.
