Park Royal collection club, Bala & Xin Le 5 stars!!
Everything was absolutely amazing! Bala & Xin Yi were absolute treasures who looked after us well in the Collection Club, she also made a fantastic cocktail & nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend, 5 stars!!

Portmans Bar Exceptional Service
I’ve always loved Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay with its gorgeousness, indoor forest and hospitality. The Portman Bar is intimate, rejuvenating and serves botanical cocktails. Linda’s service here is exceptional. Warm, smart & guest-focused, she presented options, made my lovely cocktail as the bartenders weren’t around yet, and also checked if I have the GHA Discovery Card. I have it but didn’t remember to flash it until then.

I stayed at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay from July 21 to September 2, 2026, during an extended business trip to Singapore. Over the course of my stay, Christi, my room attendant, took exceptional care of my room every day. Her consistent attention to cleanliness and detail meant that I could always return to a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming room and bathroom. During a long stay, it is often the small things and the people behind the scenes that make the greatest difference. Christi’s dedication, professionalism, and care truly enhanced my experience and made PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay feel like a home away from home. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Christi for her outstanding service and for taking such wonderful care of me throughout my stay. Our stay at the Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay was very pleasant. The staffs were warm and welcoming they went out of their ways to accommodate our special requests. Housekeeping (Nabi ) kept our room immaculately neat and tidy, and we were well fed the entire time. Thank you Parkroyal Collection Marina Bay for the dedicated service and we look to return soon!
