PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Had a great time, the service was very good and we always felt welcome and appreciated. Very family friendly, it was our first holiday with a 1yr old boy, the staff were amazing and the location is great. Special shout out to Ganesan, the concierge, he was always very sweet with our little boy and extremely helpful. We got overcharged my a taxi and he sorted it out before this escalated, he actually paid out of his own pocket (I gave him the money back) but really didn’t need to put himself in that position. All staff were very lovely though, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

The hotel was amazing! Ganesan handled our luggage throughout our stay and was amazing!

We stayed here with a last minute booking made from the lobby of another hotel. I cannot say thank you enough to the concierge at this hotel for saving our time in Singapore. The room was large enough for the three of us, clean and had a fantastic view and (did not smell of mould like the QT) We enjoyed our stay. It was during the set up to the F1 so slightly inconvenient but the staff were helpful and it wasnt too much of an inconvenience other then that event the location was fantastic. The service was what you'd exepct from this level of hotel.

Nice hotel, a bit overpriced but it's an issue with most hotels in Singapore. Had a suite and lounge included which was quite a plus, basically whole day drinks and snacks available. Direct access to the shopping mall was also great thing. Would recommend.
