PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

We had such a wonderful stay at Parkroyal collection Marina Bay with our two young children. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Nabi , our housekeeper, who did an amazing job and made sure our room was always spotless and comfortable. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The team was attentive to every detail and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Bala at the Club Lounge was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Exceptional hospitality—I’d happily return!

We had a very relaxing and welcoming afternoon at the Club Lounge. The savouries and sweets were delectable. The cream cheese and chicken breast wraps looks ordinary on appearance, but the taste were well balanced. Excellent selection for a light afternoon tea. Coco exotic, a mixture of mousse and crunchy chocolate pearls gave the dessert dimension. Matcha red bean roll is great too! Most importantly, we greatly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team, especially Bala.

Super hotel. Staff particularly friendly and helpful, especially Bala at at the Connections Club. He made us feel very at home. We will certainly revisit as a consequence of such positive experiences.

Johnson our room attendant was great our room was always fresh and clean we had easy assess to the F1 track hotel was very centrally located although some road closures for the F1 made it a little interesting getting around but that’s part of the fun!
