Stayed at my favourite hotel in Singapore Was made to feel home from home immediately on arrival. Staff recognised me as I have stayed here before Greeted by the amazing concierge team Ganesan who was so attentive Upgrade to club collection would recommend the sumptuous lounge the team of Arinna Suhaila Jenny all made me feel welcome Great to see hotel in top condition and Ravi head of security looked after me as usual Highly recommend this fantastic hotel great location on the main F1 race straight with overlooking balconies Thanks to all the fabulous staff and the great GM Phil and Nadia and the whole team for making my stay so Enjoyable See you next year

The Park Royal hotel has a lovely skylit atrium with each floor looking over the lobby. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the amenities were complete. I particularly enjoyed the gym and the club lounge. My chief complaint was the food at Peppermint was not very good. The two soft boiled eggs I had were hard. But this is a minor gripe and compared to the rest of the hotel’s characteristics this issue is moot. The best thing about the hotel is the service. Cherry at the club lounge was the friendliest and even our check in officer Yi Quan she was very kind. Cherry was knowledgeable and even helped us make our meal decision which she was able to split between the two of us properly. The stay was made really memorable because of people like Cherry.

Whilst there is no shortage of top quality hotels in Singapore, I personally believe the Parkroyal Marina Bahly hotel is amongst the top of the top. I stayed at this hotel when it was called Marina Mandarin Hotel and I returned again in October 2025 for my visit to Singapore. Staff are very professional and attentive and they genuinely want to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The hotel is sparkling clean and the signature lobby garden is simply stunning. Breakfast is served in the Peppermint restaurant and there is plenty of choice on offer to satisfy every taste bud. Room was clean and well maintained. The hotel management went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. Next time I'm in Singapore I will categorically aim to stay there again.

A top rate hotel. The views from the 17th floor were a bit dizzying but overall Immaculate surroundings, fantastic facilities and incredible staff. A huge thank you to Deven, Doris and Jhonson who each went out their way to make our stay memorable - sometimes big hotels are a bit impersonal but the staff at ParkRoyal make sure you feel recognised and comfortable Excellent experience, we will definitely return
