This was our second stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, and it was wonderful to be back, especially traveling second time with our little one. A very special thank you to Ganesan, whom we remembered from our previous stay. It was genuinely lovely to see him again. Just like last time, he made us feel incredibly welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Ganesan went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay — assisting with our luggage, arranging our cab, and even taking care of loading everything while we finished some last-minute shopping. Traveling with a little one comes with its own challenges, and having someone so thoughtful, warm, attentive, and dependable made things so much easier for us. What stood out most was that his hospitality felt genuinely personal rather than simply part of the job. Being remembered and welcomed so warmly on our second visit made us feel at home. Thank you, Ganesan, for once again making our stay memorable. We hope to see you again on our next visit to Singapore!

We had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The MRT (underground) is very convenient, clean, and easy to use. Many tourist attractions are also within walking distance, and there are plenty of places to find food nearby, including inside the MRT stations. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spacious and clean. We requested an extra bed for our daughter, and it was delivered very quickly. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious food, although the coffee was just okay. The room rate was reasonable for the quality and location, and our room was also quiet, so we had a comfortable and peaceful stay. I would especially like to thank Julia from the concierge team, who went above and beyond to help me. I accidentally left an earring in the room after checking out. Julia contacted the housekeeping team, and thankfully they were able to find it. I was able to collect my earring the two days after. I truly appreciate her kindness, assistance, and excellent service. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

This is a fabulous hotel and the staff can’t do enough for you. We stayed here for our Golden Wedding and everyone treated us so well. Definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at PARKROYAL. The hotel was exceptionally clean, neat, and extremely well-maintained throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Ganesan, who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. His warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service truly made my stay memorable.
