Excellent stay at the Park Royal Collection. Rooms were large, lovely and well equipped. Pool and gym were also excellent. Well located for walking around the Marina Bay, or taxis were easy to get with the help of the service ambassadors in the lobby - in particular Yazry was extremely friendly and helpful to us.

We had a wonderful family stay at PARKROYAL Marina Bay and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Traveling with three children can sometimes be challenging, but the staff made everything feel effortless and welcoming. A special mention must go to Ganesan, who works at the hotel lobby. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, and consideration for our children truly stood out. He went the extra mile to make sure our family was comfortable and well taken care of, and it made a big difference to our stay. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and thoughtful, especially when it comes to families with young kids. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-located, and very family-friendly. Thanks to the amazing service—especially from Ganesan—our stay was memorable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this hotel to other families and look forward to returning.

Well located city hotel with an amazing central lobby. Room was clean, big firm bed, our room had a balcony and even though we were on the 18th floor there was still a lot of noise from the street below. Smaller bathroom than expected, but separate shower and a bath. The toilet was the smallest I have ever encountered, seamed child like in proportions. Room had hanging space and a safe. Breakfast options are huge, and cater for all tastes. You can access the mall behind the hotel via an afterthought of a passage way. We cough the bus from and too the airport. There is a stop opposite the hotel (bus 36) costs pence, so cheep and easy. Taxi is about $45-50
