PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is very modern but has sustainability ethos. Beautiful ambience , stunning views of Marina Bay Sands. The room was very comfortable, we had a good night sleep. Excellent customer service , especially by Alain at the check in desk and Genesan who helped with our bags and arranged for a transport to the airport. Hotels can be made beautifully but what sets them apart is the service they extend. Both of the above mentioned staff made a difference to our short stay as we were only in SIN for 1 night.

We have had an excellent six days leading up to New Year. We used the club lounge a lot and were very impressed indeed by all the staff but particularly by the very personable Bala and Jenny. The lounge was well presented and we certainly enjoyed the range of foods available for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meal.

Fabulous time with wonderful staff and service. Bala and Jenny were a stand out with their attention to the customers and making sure they had a wonderful experience.

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were welcomed by an elegant blend of modern and nature-inspired design. The staff guided us smoothly to the check-in area, and the process was quick and seamless—our room was already ready. The room had a beautiful view overlooking Marina Bay, making it the perfect spot to watch the fireworks. Room service was fast and very attentive to our needs. The hotel’s location is excellent, with a convenient shortcut to the mall, which made it easy to grab food and snacks anytime. Facilities were complete and well maintained. Checkout was just as smooth—no lines, quick assessment, and a warm farewell. Special thanks to Alain and Rosy at the checkout area. Although we didn’t get everyone’s names, we truly appreciate all the staff who made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!
