Beautiful spot, lovely room/apartment. We would recommend staying here as a place to totally unwind. Some great (But challenging) walks.........Very quiet and peaceful. (Just ban mobile phones at the dinner table and it would be perfect......Why do people need a phone at dinner ???)

STUNNINGLY beautiful! Fabulous staff! Delicious food and wine. Great activities. All are things that come to mind when I think of the Bay of Many Coves. Waking up to the perfect view every day was magical! Being so remote, you may think not enough to do, but there are so many fun things you can try: hiking, kayaking, spa, pool and hot tub, and many excursions. I cannot say enough about this place but if you haven’t been? Put it on your list! (Like in the number one spot!)

BOMC is a beautiful and peaceful resort. The service was superb, as were the food and wine. Our cottage was like a treehouse overlooking the gorgeous sound! If you choose you can hike up some steep paths to get panoramic views. And candy bar reward!

My wife and I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Bay of Many Coves. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, the food was great and the team was extremely kind, professional and welcoming. A great spot to relax for a few days but also plenty of activities to partake in including hiking and kayaking. We were fortunate to get to spend a few days kayaking with the rare hector dolphins which was a bonus.

Stunning location reachable only by boat. The staff could not be better. Helpful, charming and working beyond their pay grades I am sure! The chef respected our dietary requirements and the restaurant has an extraordinary view of the Marlborough Sounds. Breakfast outside even if you need a blanket. Boats take you to start your walks on the Marlborough Sounds. Prepare for all weathers with hiking boots, sunscreen and a rain coat! BOMC gave us whatever we had left at home… a rucksack. My only negative: the rooms need to be upgraded, it’s time. But even that can’t take away its grading.
