Excellent excellent excellent excellent ambience, service, food, music, indescribably, delicious!

Tonight I had the most exciting and unexpected experience as a solo female woman. I am above 65 years old traveling in Marrakesh! I randomly walk around and just happen upon places that catch my attention because of their beauty and location and the overall vibe! This incredible restaurant will awaken each of your senses! Without exaggeration, I am in a palace! If you can only imagine what that is America. The beauty is stunning and overlooks a panoramic view of Marrakesh. From this view of the restaurant, which is at the top floor you will see mountains and home, anything you missed while you were walking on the ground level around the city. It offers a stunning set of pools with columns and a bar at poolside. Next-door is the casino which is fun. It’s an amazing part of the city for those of you who enjoy upscale, affordable! I cannot believe the meal that I was served of the lamb shank! It is savory and sweet and helps you to enjoy and understand a century old recipe. To my understanding it dates back to the 12th century. In the United States, we cannot even begin to think that far back unless we are being biblical. The people are generous and kind as is the food. The music is astounding. The ambience is beyond amazing. I can only hope to relive this experience as I continually watch my videos and take pictures and listen to the music in the background. That is a peaceful life performance with an instrument I know very little about! This is an absolute must have on your list of all list ever! I promise you I exaggerate night. Please go online and look at the pictures and come by one day and enjoy it for yourself and live life well! And incredibly reasonable restaurant unlike anything in the world I’ve ever been to. And I have trouble.

This was my fifth time staying at Es Saadi Palace. Airport transfer was arranged through the hotel; the driver was polite, but using a phone while driving is unsafe, and no complimentary water was offered which feels disappointing given the price. Reception was excellent. I was welcomed by a very professional and knowledgeable male staff member (unfortunately I forgot his name). He was extremely friendly and provided a short update on recent changes, which was a thoughtful touch. My room on the third floor was, as always, spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The size of the room remains one of the highlights. However, the shower quality was below expectations: low water pressure and very slow to get hot. On the positive side, the variety of bath products was impressive, with scents to suit every preference. Breakfast was generous, with attentive and very friendly staff. Poolside service was generally good, though at times a little slow and inattentive. The spa treatment was excellent, quite expensive, but justified by the use of premium products and the high professionalism of the therapists. One drawback of the location is its proximity to the busy casino. Late at night, taxis often cannot access the hotel entrance, meaning guests have to walk from the gate not something expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service inconsistencies reduced my overall impression. The turndown service was unreliable: sometimes provided, sometimes not, and often far too early (around 7 pm), with no follow-up later. Requests for extra towels were noted at reception but never delivered. On three separate occasions, I asked for bottled water; despite multiple promises, it never arrived. Even the night receptionist assured me someone would bring it immediately, but nobody came. These are basic requests that make a stay comfortable, and at this level of hotel they should be fulfilled flawlessly. What’s worse, I experienced the same issues during previous stays, which suggests it’s not a one-time problem. While the ladies at reception always do their best, the lack of follow-through from other departments creates ongoing frustration. For these reasons, despite many positives, I can only give this stay three stars. Es Saadi Palace has the potential to deliver an exceptional five-star experience, but service reliability needs serious improvement.

Beautiful place, wonderful gardens and large swimming pool, delicious lunch, peaceful place for a day especially in August which is hot in Marrakesh. Karim and other waiters were great. Good value for a day trip - pool and three course lunch.

A wonderful day by the pool using the hotel day pass at Es Saadi palace

We booked a day pass at es Saadi palace - the most beautiful quiet and tranquil pool for a luxurious and relaxing day. Staff by the pool have been very attentive, we were shown to the spa and pool by a very helpful man at reception. The 3 course lunch was delicious and service has been great (Karim was our waiter) A very enjoyable day!
