Palace oasis in the middle of Marrakech
We have just had the most amazing time at this beautiful Palace hotel, from the minute we arrived khatima and her team made sure everything was perfect, the room was more like a small apartment beautifully designed and decorated in keeping with the palace theme, the bed was the biggest and most comfortable EVER! Breakfast was as good as it gets with every option imaginable deliciously prepared, the staff are soooo attentive and friendly. Everywhere is so clean and immaculately kept.The extensive grounds, gardens and pools makes you feel like you are in a beautiful oasis. The many different themed restaurants are delicious and immaculate. The spa was was incredible with so many options including many steam rooms, aqua jets and sensory showers, sauna etc. I had a really nice massage thanks to Amin. There was also an art gallery and some nice boutique shops, but what I think really sets the bar at this beautiful five star Palace is the staff, they really cannot do enough for you and nothing is a problem all the most professional way, A special mention to Khatima on reception, Mohammed (hotel porter) . My wife and I will definitely be back, many thanks Mark Lewis.

Terrific experience at the Es Saadi Palace
Excellent customer service at this hotel, unfailing hospitality and superb food values -organic farm providing ingredients. Wonderful spa-great treatment by Fatima and others. Terrific location, beautiful gardens and the whole experience was wonderful from start to finish.

An oasis of calm
Beautiful hotel with kind, attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the facilities second to none! Conveniently located for access to the the medina but tucked away enough to provide peace and tranquility after the chaos of the town! 10/10 would reccomend

Beautiful, authentic and prestigious palace
A gorgeous, historic and genuine palace experience. From the moment we were treated like royal guests, from the front desk staff, to the valet team, and all of the small details that our housekeeper took care, we had a truly memorable experience. As it was our first time, the concierge team went above and beyond to make the best of our stay.
