Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

We first visited in June 2025 and had such a wonderful time we just had to go back. An absolute joy to return to this stunning resort where they kindly honoured our request for exactly the same room, the breathtaking suite with private pool and terrace. Luxury with unparalleled personal service, with some members of staff even remembering us from our previous visit which was nice. Stunning Resort with superb facilities, beautiful pools and gardens. Exceptional Food. Loved the vibe, views and food of Zest rooftop bar. Our main reason for returning was because of the all staff who are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, particurly Abdessamad and Ismail by the pool. We'll be back again. Conveniently located a short ride from the airport and souks, and right next door to the prestigious M Avenue shopping boulevard. Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. We stayed here with family for two weeks in August and it was amazing ! From smooth check in to a newly renovated suite all of the small treats that were left in our rooms made the stay warm and welcoming. The eateries albeit expensive were excellent and breakfast plentiful and beautifully presented. We used the Spa on a few occasions and gym daily. Staff including housekeeping all went above and beyond to meet our needs esp Fatima at the gym with her tips on using gym apparel!!! Entire resort is kept spotless and pool attendants very attentive making sure we were topped up with water bottles and in the shade. The resort itself is near a small mall which made going out for supplies easy and eating out was also straightforward since it had many decent restaurants. Central Medina also a 5 min drive away. All in all our stay was hugely comfortable would definitely recommend!!

Like the big Austrian guy said, we will be back. But, in the two years since we were last there there have been some negative changes and clearly some penny pinching cost cutting Let’s get the little negative niggles out of the way before moving onto all the things that we love and keep us coming back year after year. The entire resort is looking a little tired and is scheduled for a much needed renovation soon. The lovely little birds in the lobby are gone and the lobby is no longer as pretty as it was. The beautiful display of roses, such a Four Seasons signature is no longer and has been replaced by hideous dried flowers.No more lovely roses in the room though we were sent some beautiful roses to the room which was charming and much appreciated. Towels and linens were a bit worse for wear and little things like trays of Room Service just left in hallways is not good enough for a hotel like this. However, the rooms and suites are super spacious. The gardens are more beautiful every year and the adults only pool is great, the team of pool staff are so attentive and friendly . Fabulous gym and spa too. We didn’t eat in the hotel except for the pool bar for lunch which was good despite rather slow service, we were not in a hurry anyway I love that this hotel is slightly away from the crazy of Marrakesh and yet only a few minutes by car. I like to have all the facilities , be able to relax by the pool and enjoy all that Marrakesh has to offer within a short taxi ride. The service is friendly and we are always so well taken care of which is why we keep on coming back - the many positives far outweigh the few negatives We will certainly be back again.

First night, music out loud, can not sleep. This is not a Four Seasons. Beautiful hotel but if you want to relax after a long day this is not the place. Maybe, Ibis will be better. Shame on Four Seasons Marrakech !!!!

The Four Seasons Marrakesh is a 5* hotel and deserves every single star. Every Four Seasons hotel I've stayed in around the world have all been worthy of a five star rating. Marrakesh four seasons is among the best I've ever stayed in, the location is excellent, and at first unknown to us, as it's hidden around the corner, there is a high-end open air mall literally 20 seconds around the corner from the entrance of the hotel full of not only high-end stores but some superb restaurants offering the opportunity to try a variety of restaurants including Italian, Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine. The hotel itself is set in beautiful grounds, has two swimming pools ( family one & an adults only ), we both have excellent pool services befitting a four seasons hotel. As well as a Moroccan restaurant within the hotel and an Italian restaurant as well, there is also a rooftop Asian inspired restaurant/bar which was a joy to dine in and the staff there were like the rest of the hotel, top class. The rooms at this hotel are well appointed, spacious and because of the housekeeping service, cleaned twice a day to the highest standards. Special mention must go to all front of house staff. The guest experience manager Jihanie manages her concierge and receptionteam superbly, literally nothing is too much trouble. As soon as you arrive at this hotel you are greeted by the ultra professional Valets & Bellman team let when we were there by the excellent Ahmed. This was the start of our 10 nights stay and not once in all that time, did the standards of professionalism and five star service ever drop. If anyone reading this review is contemplating a stay in Marrakesh and this level of hotel, do not hesitate to book the Four Seasons, the all round experience of staying in this hotel would not be surpassed by any other choice.
