Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

Place was fine and service pretty good but offers were simple and expensive! We ordered a pizza ☹️big mistake we weren’t in Italy! Crust was hot but everything else was cold I would say just out of the fridge ☹️ Wine very expensive! Salads were acceptable! Not a big deal though!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Marrakesh resort, and once again, it was a delightful experience. Although our stay was brief, it included everything needed for a truly memorable visit.  The hotel itself is enchanting, and the rooms, along with all the amenities, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings, with the rooftop bar being a particular highlight. It provided a welcome break from the plethora of tajines, which in our case, after a while, became a bit overwhelming. Even though it was early in the summer, we enjoyed the exquisite pool. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the activities organized by the hotel  A special thanks to the hotel manager and their dedicated team for ensuring our stay was nothing short of wonderful.

We stayed in a fabulous king suite with a twin bed connected. It was so spacious. The resort is spread out so expect to walk to fitness, breakfast and the spa or ask for a ride in the carts. Very clean and well appointed although it could do with some additional outlets and usb. The breakfast buffet was opulent as one expects when staying at the Four Seasons. Service from Ottman one of the concierges was very good. He made a point of asking how our stay was going and ensured we left with cute parting gifts. He was helpful in arranging guides, tours, dining and transportation.

Simply a gorgeous authentic Moroccan luxury property. The Four Seasons delivers every time . The hotel covers the usual bases with aplomb and the some . From the amazing chilled out adults pool when the staff are so attentive, on to fine dining options rarely bettered in he city . Then to top it off they have Zest their rooftop bar / restaurant serving up Thai/ Japanese dishes which were beautiful in their delivery and taste . The concierge service is first class and booked us amazing local experiences and got best tables at busy spots with ease . However , hotels are nothing without amazing staff . Relatively junior members of staff stepped up and represented the brand with pride and smiles . This makes the difference. Shout out to Abderazzak and Samira who made our breakfasts so special . Kudos to Imail at the pool for being such a great brand ambassador. I can’t forget the whole team at Zest as they really made our experience unforgettable. Four Seasons can relax . The future looks good with amazing personnel like these wonderful people .

Stunning resort with outstanding service. The resort is beautiful with no detail missed. The restaurants are outstanding with lovely views of the grounds. The concierge is professional and extremely helpful. This is a true oasis.
