Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

Booked for a birthday lunch before checking into the hotel. I arrived and they said that they did not have the booking. Beyond disappointing, as I had taken the time to book in advance on Toptable with a 'special birthday meal' clearly marked on the booking in order to give myself enough time to enjoy the celebratory meal before checking into the hotel. When I arrived a waiter scrambled to find a parasol for me to sit outside, another table had already been set up but it was apparently for someone else. I was told 'not to worry, as they can still accommodate me' but that was not the point of the booking - it was to celebrate a special day with a welcome and everything already set up. To arrive and be treated as a regular walk in was just so so disappointing, and I had chosen the Four Seasons specifically because the service elsewhere is usually on point. They did later find my booking and apparently the booking agent had not passed on the booking information on time. HOW does this happen at a Four Seasons establishment? The food was fine, and they tried to make up for things by bringing out a cake and singing happy birthday, comping my cocktail and throwing rose petals over the table but the magic was spoiled on account of no-one knowing that I was coming for a birthday meal. You can't undo a first impression, sadly. To add insult to injury they emailed Toptable and cancelled the booking as though I had not shown up - my guess is to prevent me from being able to write a bad review of the shoddy service. Wish I had booked another hotel and restaurant, and left feeling sad.

Spacious and luxurious rooms. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds and fountains are expansive and beautifully landscaped. The food is excellent. The staff was so hospitable and welcoming. We specially enjoyed lunch at thr poolside restaurant and the scrumptious breakfast. We loved the complimentary Moroccan oranges … absolutely delicious.

Four Season Marrakech provided an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step foot you are greeted with Moroccan hospitality. The reception staff was professional, warm and efficient. I came early and they had my room ready by the time I got my breakfast. The dining facility team was incredibly attentive and proactive. Great food options and of high quality. The housekeeping was meticulous. The grounds are beautifully manucured with citrus and olive trees. Experienced my first Moroccan hamman and would highly recommend it. Find it better than the one in Turkey and Iraq. The technique is different. I will definitely return to the Four Season hotel. Location, service, quality.

Place was fine and service pretty good but offers were simple and expensive! We ordered a pizza ☹️big mistake we weren’t in Italy! Crust was hot but everything else was cold I would say just out of the fridge ☹️ Wine very expensive! Salads were acceptable! Not a big deal though!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Four Seasons Marrakesh resort, and once again, it was a delightful experience. Although our stay was brief, it included everything needed for a truly memorable visit.  The hotel itself is enchanting, and the rooms, along with all the amenities, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the culinary offerings, with the rooftop bar being a particular highlight. It provided a welcome break from the plethora of tajines, which in our case, after a while, became a bit overwhelming. Even though it was early in the summer, we enjoyed the exquisite pool. We also thoroughly enjoyed all the activities organized by the hotel  A special thanks to the hotel manager and their dedicated team for ensuring our stay was nothing short of wonderful.
