One Million Stars — Still the Most Magical Hotel in the World I stayed at The Oberoi Marrakech three years ago and returned recently, only to fall even more deeply in love. If anything, this place is even more magical than I remembered — a rare feat. From the moment we planned our return, Mamdouh, the hotel manager, treated us not as guests but as family. The care began before we even arrived: he arranged for a driver to pick us up from another hotel in Marrakech and thoughtfully upgraded both of our rooms to pool villas. When we arrived, we were greeted with chocolates, cake, flowers, and balloons to celebrate my father’s birthday — gestures so generous and heartfelt they truly moved us. The front desk team deserves a standing ovation. Karima, Osama, and Rachid (who leads the team) rolled out the red carpet in every sense of the phrase. Rachid, Karima, and Osama stayed with us in our rooms until we were fully briefed and oriented, carefully walking us through every detail and eagerly revealing all the surprises they had planned — even singing “Happy Birthday” to my father, complete with candle and all. The level of pride, warmth, and attention is simply extraordinary. The spa is world-class and breathtakingly beautiful — a sanctuary of calm. Yousra at the spa reception was wonderful, Zaki the trainer was incredibly friendly, and Intissar delivered one of the best facials my mother has ever experienced. Their connection was so genuine that my mom was tearful saying goodbye, hugging her as if parting from an old friend. Halima at the spa completed the experience by making us the most delicious ginger tea, always ready at our beck and call — a small but unforgettable touch of true hospitality. The facilities are impeccable: the indoor pool is stunning, the gym is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the entire space radiates a zen-like tranquility. Our private heated pool was a dream, and the main pool — framed by endless palm trees and olive groves — feels straight out of a fantasy. Saeed, who drove us everywhere in the buggy, was the sweetest soul imaginable, always smiling and so attentive. Even upon departure, the generosity continued — they graciously offered to take us to the airport complimentary. This hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience, a feeling, a dream. It is serene, elegant, deeply personal, and flawlessly executed. Yes, it is pricey — but it deserves every single penny. If I could give it a million stars, I would. I only wish we could have stayed for weeks. The Oberoi Marrakech isn’t just one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in — it may very well be the best in the world.

This property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it became one of the best anniversary trips we’ve ever had. Communication with the concierge after booking was impeccable. Upon arrival, our transportation was already waiting for us with fresh water and snacks, and along the drive to the hotel they shared helpful details about Marrakesh, which was a thoughtful touch. At check-in, we were greeted with fresh-pressed juice and flowers for my wife. A member of the front desk personally escorted us to our suite and provided an informative tour of the property, pointing out key areas along the way. Our suite was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated for our anniversary. We did experience one minor issue with ants in the room, but a quick WhatsApp message resolved it immediately. The team handled it professionally, with sincere apologies from multiple staff members. Given the property’s lush gardens and natural landscaping, this was understandable and in no way reflected a lack of cleanliness or care. Room service, dining at all of the restaurants, and overall service were excellent. The servers were knowledgeable about the menus and attentive to food preferences, dietary needs, and allergy accommodations. A special mention to Mamdouh Milad, Director of Rooms, who was gracious and ensured our stay was peaceful, seamless, and exceptional. The gardens are immaculately maintained, and the entry staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and professional. Overall, The Oberoi Marrakech exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this property for a special occasion or luxury stay.

Our stay at Oberoi was absolutely incredible. This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life. Most importantly, the service was exceptional. Staff was extremely attentive, and anticipated our needs. Everyone was extremely gracious and welcoming. Mamdouh Milad has done an amazing job as GM building a team. The location and hotel itself was mind-blowing. The rooms, grounds and public spaces were all very beautiful. We loved watching the sunset over the Atlas mountains every night. The spa/gym center was easily the most beautiful I've ever seen in a luxury hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Marrakesh. Whether you're a family, couple or group of friends, this is the kind of magical place that will give you memories for a life time.
