The Oberoi, Marrakech

The Oberoi Marrakech is an amazing property, a little Oasis. We stayed in a villa with a private pool which was beautifully decorated and the pool area in very intimate so you can really feel like you're alone in the world! The service was out of this world, with the staff making sur eyou have the best time in the hotel. We had a private BBQ dinner which was a moment we wil cherish forever. we can't recommend the place enough! Thanks to Mr. Mamdouh and all the staff that made our stay special.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the correct choice. Greeted personally by the Hotel Manager. Our stay exceeded all expectations and we have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world. First time at an Oberoi but not our last! We chose the hotel Rial number 601. Upon a reluctant departure waved off by the manager. Our stay was 4 nights.

For us, a stay at the Oberoi is a homecoming. With Mamdouh greeting Natasha with gorgeous Morrocan red roses, we were off to a flying start. The property itself took our breath away with its architectural magnificence. And ode to PRS, with its classy, understated extravagance. We had the good fortune to make the Presidential Villa home, enjoying the fabulous art and the privacy, cocooned by the Oberoi ethos of quiet luxury. But for us any stay is about the people who touch us. From Mamdouh, who personifies the Oberoi way, to sweet Samira who was our guide to the property, the stylish and elegant Samir whose personal interest and recommendations were defining moments of our Marrakech visit, the F&B team lead by Arjun, caring Insaf and every other smiling face that we encountered, made our stay one for the ages. All this under the watchful and guiding hand at the wheel of the Captain, the very personable and charming Rohan Ogale. You run a great ship with pride and personality. We are lifelong brand ambassadors of the Oberoi. And the Marrakech trip simply put that in a bold and underlined font. Shukran!

When you look up "world class" in the dictionary, the Oberoi is the first thing you see. From the moment you enter the space, every single person on the staff makes you feel so welcomed and taken care of. Not a single detail is missed. Not only is the hotel itself breathtaking at every corner, but the service, cleanliness, calm, peace, and facilities are top-notch. The best hotel we have ever stayed at, bar none.

Return visit to an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Great Location not too far from the airport and within easy access of the Medina and other Tourist sites. The choice and quality of food is very good
