We do not recommend the taxi service they provide. On the first day we decided to leave the hotel to have dinner at the NOMAD restaurant, the taxi driver did not know the place and dropped us off randomly, claiming that the location was there, without explaining that the destination was in an area inaccessible by car. We had to insist that he at least drop us off at the entrance to the Medina and not at the place he claimed was the restaurant. Because of this, we were left shaken by the experience and ended up too afraid to go out for dinner outside the hotel again. Terrible service! Extremely high prices for what they offer. I am used to staying in 5-star hotels around the world and I have never had such a bad experience in terms of service and treatment. At check-out, they asked if we had consumed anything from the minibar and, right in front of us, they asked an employee to go and check if we were telling the truth. Unbelievable! This has never happened to us in any of the many hotels we’ve stayed at around the world — and many of them far better than this one!

A nightmare! Never again, we do not recommend it. We stayed for 3 nights with our 3-year-old daughter. The hotel is indeed very beautiful and luxurious. The facilities are good. Worth highlighting is the Sabo restaurant, where we were very well looked after with every attention — even better than in the hotel itself. Prices are extremely high for what they offer. We have traveled all over the world, and this was perhaps the place where the service was the worst. We are used to staying at this type of hotel in various countries around the world, and we have never had such a disappointment. Breakfasts are far too expensive for the limited variety they offer and are not included in the nightly rate, which is already extremely high. Since the breakfast quality left a lot to be desired, we chose to order room service on the other two mornings, and once again, we were disappointed. On the first order, we waited 2 hours. We called again and were told they had no record of our order in the system and could not explain why. We then had to wait another 40 minutes and only had breakfast close to noon. As if that wasn’t enough, on the last night we ordered breakfast in the room again. The order came wrong, with fewer items than the previous day’s order — yet we paid more. It came with an enormous amount of bread and no butter to go with it. Ridiculous! One is paying hundreds of euros per night and even a simple butter is a complication. We asked to speak to management, and they deducted from the bill the order that had not arrived as requested. Additionally, they allowed us to stay a few extra hours before check-out. We expected that, after such a bad experience, they would offer us breakfast so that the stay would not end on such a low note. We hardly felt like spending another cent in this establishment, but we did order a dish at the pool bar. When the agreed check-out time arrived, we received a call from reception saying that we should have already checked out (unacceptable). We checked out, reviewed the charges, and saw that only part of the breakfast had been adjusted. We also noticed that the dish we had ordered at the pool did not appear on the invoice, so we assumed that since the breakfast (which was terrible) had been charged anyway, they had offered us the lunch dish as a courtesy! We were completely wrong! After we had already paid, an employee came after us (when we were already inside the taxi) to collect payment for that dish, as if we were stealing something! Terrible experience, never to be repeated! A disgraceful level of service. We do not recommend this place to anyone!

Such a dreamy place!! We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time! Our room was fabulous- the bed and bedding was the best I have ever had and I want to order it for my home. Also, the soap is the best ever!! The pool and entire property was even better than the pictures- we never wanted to leave. We loved every minute here-the white roses, horses, room, landscape, service, everything. I prefer al a carte breakfast, rather than buffet, however that is a personal preference and the selection was excellent. We will be back for sure!! It was a quick trip into town, and we loved the contrast from the peaceful escape with the chaos and excitement of Marrakesh.

I have traveled the world - and this is now my most favorite hotel ever - the people are amazing - the grounds are so lovingly cared for - and the horses - there is not even enough words to describe how special they are! Karima took care of our suite - and she was truly fantastic! I had the best message I have ever had - they are so skilled in knowing the pressure points - amazing experience - I can't thank all of the staff enough for being so wonderful to me - I will be back - hopefully very soon! Thank you to all!
