Wonderful short stay. Have been twice and would definitely visit again.

Went with 3 kids, and loved every minute there. They were so welcoming and helpful, each of the kids got a welcome toy on their bed, loved the indoor pool, the superb location, all of it. We did not eat on site so can't rate food but everything else was wonderful.

This is a beautiful hotel - the decor, comfort, cleanliness and setting are wonderful. Very comfortable beds, luxurious bed linens and towels, helpful staff and amazing views. Highly recommended.

Nice bit…..

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

An absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location and our suite was fabulous HOWEVER we were not greeted at the doors to take out luggage so had to trundle it inside I. 34 degree heat. checked in and went to our room 736 and it was still being cleaned. The floors were wet and remained wet for hours as the aircon was on. There was no water or coffee capsules in the room as it had been made up so quickly and so we had to call for some. We decided to go to the terrace bar for a drink and although the staff showed us to a table and gave us a menu it was 15 minutes and we still had not been asked for our order. I eventually went to the bar to request service which was embarrassing. We had a drink and moved to the brasseries for food. This was much better and our waiting staff Morgane was an absolute delight….polite, attentive and the best service we had experienced since our arrival. Back to the room we discovered that one of the bedside reading lamps did not work. We do not check out until tomorrow and really hope breakfast and checkout are more positive so still here if anyone wants to make things right with us.

If you are an American don't stay here!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

If you are an American don't stay here! The amenities are nothing like what we would expect from a hotel this expensive. Many things are strange and difficult to deal with, and if you have a family with children, forget it. Young children aren't even allowed in the only pool. The food is ok, but the service is terrible and you can only order food at sposific times. It is very hot here in the summer, and they don't offer a place to eat with air conditioning. Again, this is understandable for the location, but not at this price! Don't forget your key card because you can't even use the elevator without it. The rooms are pretty nice, but very small. The beds have cheap mattresses compared to $200 hotel's in the United States. The rooms include strange cheap artwork/images in the rooms that look like double exposure's. I will say the building is pretty neat, but has frequent evacuation alarms that require you to use the stairs because the elevator becomes disabled. They claim to have child care, but it's never available for some reason. If you have kids just don't do it. If you have this kind of money spend it somewhere with food at all hours with air-conditioning.

Sublime stay

This is a seriously good hotel - the rooms super spacious and comfortable. The bars and restaurants are superb. We had extremely good food during our stay and loved the terrace for drinks.
