Fairmont Mara Safari Club

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Mara Safari Club. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality, the beautiful camp and the entire experience were exceptional. A very special thank you to our safari guide Senior, who was simply outstanding. His knowledge, experience and passion made every game drive special, and we couldn’t have wished for a better guide. We also want to thank Symon, who took care of us during our meals and throughout our stay. His service was absolutely perfect, warm, attentive and always with a smile. Both Senior and Symon made our time in the Masai Mara even more memorable. The safari itself was incredible, the hotel is beautiful, and the level of hospitality from the entire team is truly impressive. One experience we would especially recommend is the hot air balloon safari. It is absolutely worth getting up early for seeing the Masai Mara from above at sunrise was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. WOW. Fantastic stay for 6 of us, in a gorgeous camp along a river of hippos and crocodiles! The highlight were the game drives with Reuben, who was lots of fun and very knowledgeable. Walter, our wait staff was excellent, we miss him! Jackson and Caleb, our room attendants were the best! All the staff and extra meal activities were so good, we will be back!

Me and my girlfriend visited the Fairmont safari club for my 21st birthday and had the most amazing time! The food was nice the rooms were amazing but the most important part the safari was incredible. We had Dominic as a guide for the 3 nights we stayed. He was an extremely charming man with lots of knowledge of the wildlife and he was excellent at finding the animals our group wanted to see as-well as this he connected with all of us on a personal level and we left feeling like we had made a friend. I would definitely recommend asking for Dominic if you were to visit the Fairmont safari club.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at the Fairmont Mara Safari Club. The setting along the Mara river is breathtaking and our Deluxe Riverside tent had all amenities you could wish for including an outside shower. The service delivered by the staff was impeccable and they made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to our guide Dominic who went above and beyond to offer us views of the Big 5. We will surely request to have him back as our guide next time.

This was a once in a lifetime experience. The Fairmont Mara was exceptional in comfort and customer service and our server Symon was great. In particular our guide Dominic was spectacular. He made our game drives memorable and entertaining. He is the best of the best. A trip we will never forget.
