STUNNING ! From the minute I arrived till the minute I left . The staff were so helpful and happy and when I asked why everyone was so happy they said they liked working at the hotel and their manager Lee Kelly . This obviously rubs off on the customer as I was treated like a friend and my entire experience of this hotel was nothing but perfection. Lee it was nice to meet you in the cocktail bar but even nicer to hear the wonderful comments from your colleagues. I will be back in august with my team .

In my opinion 45 park lane is the best hotel in London without doubt and I have stayed at virtually all the best ones. 5
Rooms amazing, staff the best without doubt, very professional and do friendly too. Food amazing, Sunday roast highly recommended, spa is stunning. Cocktail bar the best about and so many many drinks with the bar staff brilliant. The location too is perfect for Hyde park, Mayfair etc.

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I have stayed in many luxury hotels but this would be in my top 10. There were many finer details that did not go unnoticed - coming back from dinner to a hot water bottle in the bed - blinds drawn - silk pajamas in the drawer - slippers next to the bed! A memorable stay which made my birthday extra special! Would be recommending to all my friends and can’t wait to return! P.s - all staff were smiley, friendly, professional and polite x

Best London Weekend away ever!
We had a great stay here at the hotel, honestly we could not of asked for a better service. Greeted by lovely doormen, then checking in with Lisa, her smile and assistance was perfect, being welcomed by management and taken up to the room by Michael (could be Richard) mind has gone blank. The Spa and swimming pool was great, the kids also loved it. Breakfast was amazing, being welcomed by host Rashida and being served by Alvaro both nights really made our stay. Thank you all so much! Best time ever.
