Will be back
Had a brilliant stay in Carton House. All staff were very friendly and attentive. Had dinner in the Carriage House and it was really nice. Used the leisure facilities, robes were provided in the room, it was lovely and relaxing. Definitely will be back

Brian Sutton gives the most amazing history tour of the property!!! This concierge kept us enthralled!!! His knowledge and delivery impeccable. A must! Rooms, service and food all a real treat! Book!

Fabulous Hotel
We stayed at Carton house for our first trip away with our 3 month old baby. Everything from start to finish was exceptional. The staff at the hotel were all warm and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant. The room is beautifully decorated and spacious. They provided a cot for our baby which was ideal. The food was exceptional and every meal we had was delicious. They also have an extensive range of cocktails that were fab. We visited the spa for treatments and we really enjoyed our experience and they had great facilitates. Overall a memorable first trip away as a family of three and we would highly recommend the hotel.

Lovely Stay at Carton House with Exceptional Breakfast Service
We stayed in Carton House for two nights and had such a lovely experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, and I have to give special mention to Anna in Kathleen’s Kitchen. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely lovely, which made our mornings feel extra special. Her kindness really stood out and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, Carton House was a fantastic stay – I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning again.

Amazing from start to finish
We had the most wonderful stay at Carton House. From start to finish, everything felt truly special. Dinner at the Morrison Room was a highlight – the atmosphere was elegant, the service impeccable, and every dish beautifully presented and full of flavor. Later, we enjoyed some drinks in The Courtyard Bar, which had such a relaxed and inviting vibe, the perfect spot to unwind after dinner. Breakfast at The Carriage House was equally delightful – a lovely variety of fresh, high-quality options served in a bright and welcoming setting. The entire experience was seamless, and every member of staff we encountered went out of their way to make us feel at home. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to our next visit. A truly unforgettable stay!
