Kinda felt like monetization over experience. We stayed for five nights without realizing the food options were limited, which required us to leave the resort just to get some variety. The service was great overall, but there were several minor issues—like waiting nearly an hour for coffee cups after calling, and a room service order that arrived with half the club sandwich missing. The food tasted great, but room service execution definitely had some challenges.

Primland was an incredible experience. We could not have been happier with the overall experience. The resort itself is stunning. The food was overall very good across the restaurants. The golf is top notch. We particularly loved RTV riding. The staff made it special — particularly concierges such as Blaze and Jarrad.

Primland is a unique property set atop a mountain, surrounded by 12,000 acres of natural woodlands. It is equal parts immersed in nature, feeling isolated from every day stresses, but luxurious with many high end amenities and activities. The views from every part of the property are stunning, wildlife is everywhere and the natural beauty is the feature. The golf course is challenging but fun, the spa is excellent and the many options for fishing, clays, guided hikes, etc. are top of the line. The food and beverage options are excellent. Star gazing in the Observatory is a must- the sky at night is unparalleled.

We had a good family experience. Our kids enjoyed the mountains and its atmosphere. The resort was very attentive to our needs. The resort provided a good family trip for us.

Our family had a wonderful visit and truly enjoyed our time at the property. The overall experience was fantastic, but what stood out most to us was the incredible staff. The level of warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made the trip especially memorable. A few team members in particular made a lasting impression on our family. Austin at Archer was fantastic and made our time there feel relaxed and welcoming. Autumn at the stables was absolutely wonderful with the horses, and Tim during the foraging experience was equally amazing. What meant the most to us as parents was how kind and engaging they all were with our son. He connected with them immediately and genuinely did not want to leave their activities, which says a lot about how special those experiences were for him. The food throughout the resort was lovely, but Stables Saloon was definitely the standout for us. The atmosphere and quality of the meal made it our favorite dining experience during the stay. That said, we enjoyed all of the restaurants and appreciated the variety offered across the property. Overall, we had a truly fantastic stay and left with wonderful memories. The experiences and, most importantly, the people we met are what will stick with us the most.
