Crown Towers Melbourne

On behalf of Tennis Ventures and our entire tennis playing group, I want to extend our sincere appreciation for the exceptional stay we enjoyed at The Crown Towers. The Crystal Club once again delivered a level of service that truly set the experience apart for our guests. Their professionalism, warmth, and hard work during such a busy time made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. It was clear that the team consistently went above and beyond, and it made a meaningful impact on our group. A personal thanks to Eunice and Aree for their outstanding hospitality and friendship throughout our stay. As always, they were exceptional, and we are especially grateful for their willingness to pivot at the last minute to help create an extra special moment for our guests at the Crystal Club. Sharing an environment that feels both luxurious and personal is core to what we do, and your team helps make that possible. I wish I could personally thank every member of the staff, including Luck, Sassy, and the many others whose names I may not recall right now as they all contributed to a truly wonderful experience.

Great hotel, staff and location. We were thrilled with this hotel which was easy to get around from. We walked to the AO open. Staff was lovely and helpful.

This is the best hotel in Melbourne. Great location on the river front. Many restaurants on the hotel property. Our rooms were spectacular. Modern, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Currently staying for the third time for the tennis. Worse every time. It took nearly two hours for the bags to get to the room and they only arrived after two phone calls at a time when the hotel was not even busy. Power points in the bathroom don’t work for the hairdryer, shelving is broken and air conditioner cannot cope. Also told that only suites get a turndown. Dirty coffee cups and empty water bottles left in the room. Not sure what Mai am paying $1,500 a night for or why this hotel is still in the Amex Platinum programme. Last stay we were overcharged for our hire car.

We are two adults and two children (9 and 12 years old) and stayed for 2 nights in December. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crown Towers Melbourne. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply wonderful. Every part of the hotel exceeded our expectations. The Premier Twin room had a beautiful city view, was very clean, and excellently furnished. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, featuring a bathtub with a TV and a modern shower.“The bar was fantastic — from drinks to snacks, everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — large and delicious, with a wonderful variety of fruits, cheeses, pastries, and the latte was exceptional. We could easily spend an hour enjoying the food and atmosphere. The breakfast service was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The indoor pool was also excellent — spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. We felt very relaxed, and the facilities surpassed our expectations. The hotel’s coffee bar offered a variety of snacks and small treats, all beautifully presented. We really appreciated this thoughtful welcome; it made us feel the hotel is of a very high standard. Everything was delicious and well prepared. All the staff — from reception to porters and housekeeping — were kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return to Melbourne in 2–3 years for a longer stay. Thank you to everyone for making our time in Melbourne so memorable and enjoyable.
