Having recently returned for my fifth stay at Crown Towers, my check-in experience was a bit bittersweet. I arrived around 11:00 AM, left my luggage with the concierge, and completed the check-in process, including payment. I was advised that I would receive a text message once my room was ready. During my previous four stays, this notification typically arrived between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM. However, on this occasion, I had not received any updates by 3:00 PM. I returned to the front desk to inquire, where I was assisted by Anna. She was incredibly apologetic and discovered that the initial staff member had unfortunately neglected to assign a room to my booking. Anna handled the situation with great efficiency and proactivity, immediately upgrading me from a Premier King Room to a Studio King Room to rectify the error. As a loyal, returning guest, I truly appreciated this gesture, and it completely made up for the delay. Beyond the initial hiccup, the stay was excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, with premium dining, the fashion district, and public transport right at your doorstep. The room itself was amazing—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully presented. Despite the minor mishap, Crown Towers remains my go-to, and I look forward to returning for future trips.

We stay at crown tower for a 4 night city getaway. We chose to upgrade our room which we where excited about which soon tired out to be a bad idea when we got to the room it was not clean there was an empty water bottle on the floor in the corner, there was an ice bucket full of water, there was what look like pill next to the desk, missing tea cup and missing tea and coffee. We called guests service they came up and fixed the problem. It the problems didn’t stop there on our 3 day there we where out of the room for most of that day we had our clean our room light on since 8am when we returned at 4pm our room still wasn’t made up yet. I went down to the front desk where she said that was normal and it could take up to 8pm which for a 5 star hotel is mind blowing. When the room was finally done at 5pm they hadn’t refilled the tea and coffee or the soap or vacuumed the floors and couldn’t be bothered to put the new toilet paper on the roll. Our next city getaway might be a a different hotel next time that is a proper 5 star we won’t waste our money there again.

Linens fine. Room facilities are old but functional. Several front office employees are unprofessional and unwelcoming in attitude. Housekeeping team pretty great. Happy with concierge as well.

This is a lovely, five star experience. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved the pillow menu. My only negative is this cheeky move to have big bottles of shampoo’s and cleansers for ‘environmental reasons’. It’s simply a cost saving idea and undignified for a quality hotel. Why not have two pillows instead of four, one tv instead of two, a fridge half the size, half as many towels, no bathrobes and no throw away slippers etc, all to save the environment? The small bottles of shampoo’s wouldn’t be used by travellers if they personally wanted to save the environment and many people see these as nice momentos, a reminder of their special stay.
