Crown Towers Melbourne

This is a lovely, five star experience. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved the pillow menu. My only negative is this cheeky move to have big bottles of shampoo’s and cleansers for ‘environmental reasons’. It’s simply a cost saving idea and undignified for a quality hotel. Why not have two pillows instead of four, one tv instead of two, a fridge half the size, half as many towels, no bathrobes and no throw away slippers etc, all to save the environment? The small bottles of shampoo’s wouldn’t be used by travellers if they personally wanted to save the environment and many people see these as nice momentos, a reminder of their special stay.

Crown hotel is nothing short of a dream with valet parking bags taken up luxury lobbies gold grand staircases and wonderfull pools and spas. And saunas. First you head up to your room and get robes nice amenities amazing bedding room service amazing views then you cna check out the mini fridge and refresh. You can also head to the pool gym spa or sauna to fully relax and exersice or order you car be bought up and drive to a nice spot in Melbourne. This is a must go fo everyone if your staying in Melbourne and want a bit of luxury in your trip.

WiFi is today critical for any business person. The WiFi at Crown is non existent. Furthermore getting onto a hotspot on phone is also impossible. I will not be able to stay at Crown again as WiFi is too important to me. The room was clean and tidy and staff do a good job. Sad to think that a basic thing such as WiFi is letting them down.

On behalf of Tennis Ventures and our entire tennis playing group, I want to extend our sincere appreciation for the exceptional stay we enjoyed at The Crown Towers. The Crystal Club once again delivered a level of service that truly set the experience apart for our guests. Their professionalism, warmth, and hard work during such a busy time made everyone feel welcomed and cared for. It was clear that the team consistently went above and beyond, and it made a meaningful impact on our group. A personal thanks to Eunice and Aree for their outstanding hospitality and friendship throughout our stay. As always, they were exceptional, and we are especially grateful for their willingness to pivot at the last minute to help create an extra special moment for our guests at the Crystal Club. Sharing an environment that feels both luxurious and personal is core to what we do, and your team helps make that possible. I wish I could personally thank every member of the staff, including Luck, Sassy, and the many others whose names I may not recall right now as they all contributed to a truly wonderful experience.

Great hotel, staff and location. We were thrilled with this hotel which was easy to get around from. We walked to the AO open. Staff was lovely and helpful.
