Needs an upgrade
Tired and needs upgrading desperately..room wasnt clean filth all in the shower grates..dust in the vents in the roof..hand basin cracked..filth around the taps..cleaning lady continually ringing the doorbell to see if we wanted the room refreshed I mean ring the room doorbell once not five times..valet couldn't find out car as someone had put two different surnames on the parking tickets..I had my son with me who is wheelchair bound and didn't really need the extra stress..then for some reason $70 from our security deposit was not returned and nobody can tell me why or what for? Honestly drop the prices of you are going to charge an arm and a leg for what I consider at the moment to be a three star not give star hotel at the moment..sad because we like staying here .

Great location but you pay for it
Great location service is very good rooms are very nice we had a king premium on 10th floor. View was good of the Yarra. But expensive I thought.

The Ultimate Experience
Hi, My wife Joanna and I went to the Crown Towers Melbourne the previous year for my 60th birthday and 27 year anniversary. We were treated like family. The service was special. As soon as we walked into our room they us chocolate champagne and cheese platter. Fantastic views. In the morning, we went down for breakfast and it was great. Everything was perfect including the service. Which leads to mid year 2025. Joanna had her birthday and we celebrated our 28th anniversary. The experience was the same as last year if not better. Crown Towers Melbourne upgraded us as we have been there a few times before. I suggest to anyone looking for the best experience in the CBD Crown Towers Melbourne wins hands down. Looking forward to our next exhibition. Thanks Crown.

Wow factor!!
I am hard to impress but this is by far one of the nicest hotel I have stayed at. The views were amazing and the rooms were super spacious. And that pool OMG. The water was at 31.4 degrees and it was beautiful. My kids absolutely loved it. I would not stay anywhere else in Melbourne and in fact I would just travel so I could spend time in the hotel.
