My favourite place to escape to and feel safe warm cuddly important happy treated respectful welcomed easy in and out. Exquisite number 1 for my taste of hotel can't fault it since built however many decades now flawless 👌

Just wrapped up an incredible stay at Crown Towers Melbourne and it completely lived up to the hype. If you are looking for pure 5-star luxury, this is it. I stayed in a Premier King Room overlooking the Yarra River, and honestly, the views alone are worth every cent. The room itself is huge, super comfortable, and has a massive marble bathroom. Watching the city lights and the Southbank flames reflect off the river at night right from the floor-to-ceiling windows was a total highlight. You will never go hungry here. There are endless food options literally right downstairs inside the Crown complex—everything from quick, casual bites to world-class dining like Nobu. Plus, having high-end luxury shopping right at your doorstep makes it dangerous for your wallet but so much fun! The location is flawless. It is super close to transport, with Flinders Street Station and major tram lines just a short walk away. It makes getting around the CBD effortless, though honestly, the hotel is so good you barely want to leave. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and sorted everything out smoothly. It is the perfect mix of comfort, vibe, and location. If you want to treat yourself to a premium Melbourne getaway, book the Premier King room—you won't regret it!

I recently stayed with my teenage son for a few nights for an early birthday treat for myself. I wouldn't class our stay as 5 Star. From having to use the "side" entrance because we arrived by Uber, to the lady on the front desk who wasn't overly welcoming and then to be told if we wanted our room before 3pm it would cost $100. The room itself was lovely and large, great views, comfy beds & my son loved watching television in the bath. There were signs the room could be due for a Reno with many stains on the carpet. The pool whilst a fantastic size, was a little on the cool side and the spa area (if you can call it that) wasn't much warmer. Would be great if you could get table service at the pool instead of having to walk inside dripping wet. Great location - close to Holey Moley, movies, Kingpin and lots of food options.

Just about the most disgraceful and deplorable dining experience ever. Obnoxious and disrespectful staff, and the cheapest worst food. How the mighty have fallen. A disgrace to the industry. Simple scotch fillet steak, supposed to be 300g marble score 4+. It was 200g full of gristle and probably not Australian beef. Shame on you!!!

We recently booked a villa at Crown Towers to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. Having known Eunice for over 7–8 years, I reached out to let her know about the special occasion. She went above and beyond—personally calling me, reviewing the booking, and offering us a better rate than what I had originally secured. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a great first impression even before our stay began. On the day of check-in, we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with thoughtful touches arranged by Eunice—a teddy bear for my daughter, a beautiful birthday cake, French champagne for my wife, and a personalized note. These small gestures made the celebration feel even more special. The overall stay was fantastic. The Crystal Club experience stood out, with a smooth and quick check-in, delightful afternoon tea, excellent evening drinks, and a truly impressive breakfast spread. The service throughout was impeccable. A special mention to Sham at the Crystal Club, who was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely cared for. It was also lovely to catch up with Eunice in person; she spent time with us during dinner, which added a very personal touch to the whole experience. Thank you to Eunice and the entire Crown Towers team for making our stay so memorable. It’s wonderful to have her back at Crown Towers, and we look forward to returning again soon. Raunak Mor
