We were traveling in for the NFL game. Perfect place to stay.
This was a great hotel. The location was perfect as everything was walkable. The food was outstanding. The rooms were nice sized and clean. Staff was great.

Funny business
The hotel is fine but charges appeared on my credit card that were not mine. And then the security deposit has been taken up by the hotel after they reversed charges. (And they reversed the wrong charges)

Melbourne stay
A very welcoming hotel with attentive staff that were highly supportive. We had been offerred a late check out, which helped make the stay so much more relaxing. The club lounge service and food/drinks was top notch and the food and vide at Collins kitchen was brilliant.

Better than Expected
The Grand Hyatt at Melbourne, Australia exceeded all expectations. The morning buffet was first class and then some, the rooms were well appointed and the staff went out of their way to help us.
