We loved our stay at GHH, customer service was great and the restaurant staff was great with children :-) It's placed within a walking distance to the CBD of Melbourne which makes it great location for business, visiting, sports at MCG etc.

Great hotel perfectly positioned for restaurants and Melbourne's sights and theatre district. We come for the AFL and it is also perfectly positioned for a picturesque walk to the MCG.

Always a solid hotel with the most comfortable beds and linens. Very happy with my upgraded room with a wrapped around window with fabulous Melbourne views. The rooms are nice and large and the location can’t be beaten! The club lounge is one of the best ones I’ve seen!

Beautiful hotel, great location, would recommend for any business traveler. Lovely rooms, nice bathrooms and plenty of space. I would put this at the top of the list if you are staying in Melbourne. Relatively good value for upscale hotel with good food options. Place is spotless, you can tell high level of care on presentation. Only downside for me was arriving bit early before check-in with another traveler. Front desk gives him a key for a room, but the staff that was helping me (hotel can easily find out who that was), gave pretty much zero effort. For me, I don't make a bit deal about it and just left the bag with bell staff, but do think the hotel can do better in that area.
