Great location
The hotel is in a great location. Room was clean but the Hotel in general is looking very tired, and in need of some repairs. I have stayed here on many occasions and it saddens me that management have let it get to this poor state - door frames with massive chunks of wood missing, walls in corridors with deep scratches. As a regular patron it seems the staff assigned to add requested bedding take very little care hence the damage to door frames and walls. The hotel is begging to lose its shine and 5 star reputation.

Back to its Brilliant Best!
We have been coming to The Langham in Melbourne for many years and this was one of the best times. Our experience staying this time was one of the best. The staff were all brilliant. The facilities around the pool and sundeck have had a fabulous upgrade and the spa service was excellent.

Relaxing Weekend getaway
My partner and I visited Melbourne for the John Farnham tribute concert. We stayed at the Langham (our first stay at this Hotel) We had a wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived. We were staying on the 21st floor in a Terrace king room which included access to the Club Lounge. We both highly recommend the Langham to any travellers to Melbourne.

Staying at the Langham Melbourne is a lovely experience with wonderful facilities. Breakfast is gourmet with many dishes to choose from. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
