The Langham, Melbourne

We stayed for 2 nights in a club level room. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left was perfection. On arrival our bags were in our room before we were and check in was fast. We were greeted with a beautiful message, cake and bottle of Chandon to start our 2 nights 30th anniversary celebrations sitting beside a heart shaped out of rose petals. We also had a surprise view of the Yarra and city which was unexpected. Food and drinks in the club lounge were generous and absolutely delicious. Still thinking about the Maple Pumpkin soup, incredible. Breakfast was downstairs at Melba and has a massive selection, including the chocolate fountain and ice cream much to the delight of some children who were there. Food at Aria for dinner was also delicious. Could not fault our trip and was a perfect way to celebrate our stay. Special shout out to Leah in the club lounge, Langham is lucky to have you! Your attention to detail in our surprises in our room on arrival to the cakes brought out to us while dining in the lounge on our actual anniversary was incredibly special … Thank you, you made our stay perfect!

The Langham was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Ray, who took our bags and made us feel so welcome, we knew we were in for a special experience. His exceptional service really set the tone for our stay. The location was perfect, the room was impeccable, the bed was extremely comfortable, and even the pillows were absolutely amazing! I stayed with my daughter while we were in Melbourne for the Melbourne Marathon, and The Langham was the perfect choice for both comfort and location. Every staff member we encountered was lovely, welcoming and attentive, and the level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding. We felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Thank you to Ray and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to stay at The Langham again. Highly recommend!

Great stay at The Langham Melbourne! Another fantastic stay at The Langham Melbourne. The Club Lounge is truly exceptional, with attentive, warm and friendly service that makes the experience special. The location is unbeatable, and the quality of the drinks, canapés and overall lounge service is among the best in Melbourne. The lounge is also wonderfully family-friendly, with kids’ meals available, making it an excellent experience for families as well. The rooms, gym, pool and sauna were all exceptional, as you would expect from a luxury five-star hotel. A special thank you to Neol, Emma, Eli, Patricia, Cindy and Rini, along with several other wonderful team members whose names we can't recall. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The combination of outstanding facilities, a superb location and genuinely welcoming service is what keeps us coming back. We look forward to staying at The Langham Melbourne again!

Staff were so attentive and welcoming. The service made you feel like a VIP from check in to check out. My partner and I look forward to staying here again for our wedding!
