The Langham, Melbourne

Having just checked out of The Langham today, I wanted to share what an incredible stay we had. My husband and I spent one night in a One-Bedroom Suite on the Club Lounge floor and it was absolutely beautiful. The views of the city and Yarra were stunning, and the room itself was classic, stylish, modern, and elegant all at once. From the moment you walk in, the calming aroma and the exquisite flower displays set the tone — it’s all class. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The variety was exceptional, and the chefs were both professional and friendly — especially the gentleman preparing the pancakes, who was just lovely. A special mention to Julie, whom I met in the lift while she was chatting with other guests — what a delight and a true asset to The Langham. From valet parking to check-out, every staff member we encountered was attentive, kind and welcoming. Our stay was the perfect recharge, and we left feeling refreshed and cared for. Thank you, Langham.

Definitely they need to improve their standards. Location is great but elevators are very slow. Rooms also need some upgrading.

pilloqws could have been firm to support my sleep better, they were very sloppy all of them! wifi was absolutely weak hence preventing me to work from my bed or watch pay tv or even a movie on my lap top. my devices were being charged by the window with curtains fully drawn using my personal wifi as hotel wifi would not connect during my 3 nights stay. Room service needed 3 reminders at 20 mins interval before they delivered the coffee pods. check out lacked experience and professionalism with invoices being incorrectly issued 2 times before they got it right for the 3rd time

Langham Melbourne was divine. It lived up to my expectations. From the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, the bed was super comfortable and bedding so lovely to sleep on. The service, food and beverage in the Club Lounge and breakfast in the Melba restaurant were all perfect. Once you check in you will not want to leave (even when it is time to check out).

Beautifully decorated hotel, and so lovely and spotlessly clean. Great location close to lots of nice restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the city. Our room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view over the river. Great cocktails in the bar. Exceptional service from all staff who made us feel welcome and valued guests. We can’t wait to return.
