Fantastic customer assistance
My family and I went to the Melba Restaurant for lunch on Dec 27th, unfortunately my elderly mother was having terrible trouble walking that day. The staff at the Langham came to the rescue, they were fantastic. The guys at the front desk allowed me to borrow a wheelchair even though I was not an overnight guest, and Leonie from security helped me take a short-cut through some guest-only doors to recue poor old mum, then helped us to the Melba. Fantastic service. And the food was great too.

Always quietly elegant and extremely comfortable. Helpful and cheerful staff. Wonderful beds and I enjoyed the club lounge for afternoon tea and evening drinks.
