Perfect location and great stay
I enjoyed my recent stay at the Langham. When I arrived the staff on valet parking were very friendly and efficient and I felt welcomed. I was checked in quickly, by another very friendly staff member, and my bags were bought up to my room efficiently. The view out of my upper floor window was absolutely beautiful and looked over the city and river. The room, while an older style decor, was lovely and the bed and pillows really comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, with a good range to choose from and again the staff were friendly. For me the location was very convenient, with the bridge directly opposite and the railway underpass taking me straight to the tram I needed to catch. It’s also in a perfect location, with a lot of restaurants and things to do close by. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Anniversary stay
This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and once again it did not disappoint. From the time of our arrival to departure, all the staff we had contact with were so friendly and helpful and always done with a smile on their face. Food is also very good.

What a wonderful and gorgeous hotel the Langham is. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite and it was beautiful. Breakfast at Melba, then in room breakfast the next day - superb!

London Royal vibe and service - a must stay in Melbourne
location is the best - this is how all hotels should operate - Class If your looking for old fashioned service and quality - this is the place Its like going to the service station back in the 80s and they would fill your car up + check your oil and clean your windscreen - A royal look and feel - very cool
