Great room, friendly staff.
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable, beds and towels fabulous!! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

I’d return in a heartbeat
Love this Top Hotel so so much all the staff made me feel so very very welcome safe and values as one of their guests. I didn’t encounter any problems whatsoever and after travelling from the UK to Melbourne everything went so so smoothly. Lucas is the best GM greets everyone with a smile and it’s so nice to see higher management interacting with their guests. The concierge and security team all of them were diamonds so very very warm friendly helpful nothing was too much trouble for any one of them. The breakfast was super amazing very attentive staff great chefs and outstanding dining experience. The views of the city from this hotel are just incredible and everything is in the doorstep you really are spoilt for so much choice out and about. I’ve loved my experience and I am taking so many amazing memories back to the UK with me I would return in a heartbeat despite the long journey it was all so very well worth it. I will miss you all so very much and I will keep you all in my hearts. Best wishes to you all and keep up the amazing work you are doing for your guests. Everything was just so WOW. A great stay at Langham. Service excellent, so obliging. The spa facilities were excellent and l recommend that you have a spa treatment as you will feel amazing.
