Relaxing Weekend getaway
My partner and I visited Melbourne for the John Farnham tribute concert. We stayed at the Langham (our first stay at this Hotel) We had a wonderful experience, the staff were friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived. We were staying on the 21st floor in a Terrace king room which included access to the Club Lounge. We both highly recommend the Langham to any travellers to Melbourne.

Staying at the Langham Melbourne is a lovely experience with wonderful facilities. Breakfast is gourmet with many dishes to choose from. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

The Langham
While the hotel itself is beautiful, charming and in an excellent location, the hospitality and service fell short of the standard expected at a hotel of this caliber. Both the reservation and check out process were difficult, and unfortunately a billing issue was not handled with the level of care and support anticipated. Refined service makes all the difference and I hope management uses the feedback provided to improve guest service in these areas. Melba Restaurant breakfast & service within this area of the hotel was excellent.
