The Langham, Melbourne

Excellent hotel location, close and within distance to everything you could think of, the metro train is only across the bridge and Melbourne CBD is 5 mins walk.

We hosted our recent work conference at the Langham over 5 days, with our entire team also staying onsite. The Langham team were incredible. From first enquiry through planning and execution I have to give them 5 stars. Every single staff member was professional, kind, responsive and quick to action any requests. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel for work or pleasure.

My niece and I decided for a girlie weekend. From the time we booked to when we checked out staff have gone out of there way. Prior to 24 hour beforehand. They confirmed the stay and asked if they could do anything to make the stay more comfortable. We didn’t arrive to the hotel till nearly 1am. We were greeted with a smile. Issued a roo and went up to the room. Room was beautiful and clean! Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bottled water. Unde the package we had we received a fruit bowl which was lovely and fresh. We had breakfast included in our package. There are so many options for your buffet breakfast. They also do a coeliac breakfast station. We were asked upon arrival if we had any dietary requirements. In the evening we went to the Melba restaurant buffet. There were so many choices. Seafood beautifully fresh and something for everyone. They have a good range of drinks in their wine list. Chairs are nice and comfortable and would be very comfortable if you were seated for a long time. It’s a big room but the noise is not a problem. For those that like sweet they do a desert bar along with a soft serve machine and a Lindt chocolate fountain. A few of the kids were living there best life! If you have food requirements they go above and make sure you are looked after. Staff at the Langham really do seem to love there jobs and go that extra mile. I sent a what’s app message asking for a spare blanket when the room was made up. We were given another doona which was all made up. We had a lovely river view Rooms were well sound proofed so even a light sleeper wouldn’t have a issue. Cause it’s coming up to Easter the hotel was tastefully decorated in pale pink Easter eggs and bunny’s and we were very sad to leave. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pleasant city stay, lovely views and great location. Within easy walking distance to cafe's, restaurants, bars and shopping precinct. Beautiful breakfast, plenty of choices of fresh foods.
