Our most memorable experiences in Pan Pacific Melb is the staff. From arriving with luggage(thank you Scott), to reception(lovely decor). through to the restaurant & even late night in-room dining(thank you Aaron). Their rooms are also excellent and the location, for us was superb. We will be staying here again.

We booked this hotel for the Grand Final long weekend and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is beautiful, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to all the staff members who took great care of us, especially Gigi, Winter, and Evi. They were all so friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

Clean and comfortable with charming staff, but valet parking is $75 a night ($50 if you do it yourself). The "artwork" on the wall behind reception is enough to give you nightmares and you may well be kept awake, even on the 9th floor, by bikies burning rubber on the roof of the neighbouring building - be warned!

Lovely hotel. Worth paying extra to have a river view. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Excellent hotel in a good location on the Yarra river. The staff are great. We have stayed before and will stay again

**One of My Finest Hotel Experiences** I recently stayed at Pan Pacific Melbourne, and it genuinely ranks as one of the finest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, Carl F. greeted me with a warm smile, handshake and genuine hospitality. His manager even personally walked me to the front desk, which immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. Jack made check-in friendly and seamless, and I was absolutely delighted when Christian, the Duty Manager, surprised me with an upgrade to a Panoramic Suite overlooking the Yarra River. It was such a generous and memorable gesture. Ricky, the Hotel Manager, was equally warm and welcoming and ensured my luggage was taken to my room. From the very beginning, the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued. I travel frequently, and while the South Wharf location is fantastic, it is truly the **people who make Pan Pacific Melbourne special**. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuine. The Pacific Club Lounge was another standout. It is beautifully furnished and offers excellent all-day snacks, wonderful evening canapés, and a great selection of food and drinks. A special mention must go to Hyper, the Director of Food & Beverage, who personally moved around the lounge with a big smile, checking that guests were looked after and even topping up glasses of champagne. That level of personal attention really stood out. Gigi, Rhiannon and Evie were fantastic in the lounge and bar. Their warmth, friendliness and attention to detail created such a welcoming atmosphere, and the food and drinks on both evenings were excellent. Beau and Jamie also made breakfast a pleasure, while Kristal, the Duty Manager, welcomed me back to the hotel with the same genuine warmth later that evening. On Sunday morning, Von and his team made an excellent coffee and provided another lovely start to the day. I was also incredibly grateful for the early check-in, late check-out, thoughtful welcome amenities and generous suite upgrade. My pre-stay email was answered promptly, and Camille, Fatima, Emma, Jessica and their team, along with Jack, handled my requests with genuine care. What impressed me most was how **heard, valued and genuinely cared for** I felt throughout my stay. So many members of the team went the extra mile, and those personal touches are what transform a hotel stay into a truly memorable experience. A huge thank you to everyone at Pan Pacific Melbourne for such outstanding hospitality. I’m already looking forward to returning after Christmas and coming back in 2027.
