A lovely hotel in a great location. All staff were so friendly every time you walked past them. Hard to single out all but special mention to Jennifer and Delia at breakfast who seemed to love their job and it showed through in their service. By the way Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Another wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Melbourne. We stayed in both the Yarra and Panoramic Suites, which are very spacious and comfortable. Wonderful area, right near the Wharf and DFO. food has been fabulous and we especially loved our host, Jess, in the Club Lounge. Perfect coffee and service with a lovely smile every time.

My law firm has had an exceptional experience in booking multiple rooms with Pan Pacific Melbourne, notably by reservations team member Nicole. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very accommodating to our needs. We were considering a different hotel as we needed a greater lounge area for communal gatherings, but we have decided to stay with Pan Pacific Melbourne due to their outstanding service. We cannot highly recommend them enough.

Their attention to detail and kindness truly stand out. Breakfast at Pan Pacific Melbourne is a delight: Wei, Avishka, May, Binuri, Edi they are very professional. Mukesh prepare a perfectly fluffy omelette that quickly becomes a favourite. A special mention goes to Alice, who was exceptionally polite and attentive and show us what we need in order to have a delicious breakfast. Jennifer serves tea with such care and precision that it elevates the whole breakfast experience. Dock 37 Bar & Kitchen — Excellent Dining at Dock 37 The team — Melissa every time a warm welcome and profesional services, Vivien, Silvye, and Toni — deliver warm, polished service that makes every meal enjoyable. Dinner is a standout experience: The oyster starter is fresh and beautifully presented. The fish dishes are cooked with finesse. The pasta is an exquisite choice — rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. Room & View: Our room offers a beautiful view of the city, especially at night when Melbourne lights up. It’s comfortable, clean, and designed for a relaxing stay. Pan Pacific Melbourne delivers a consistently high level of service, comfort, and dining quality. The spectacular entrance, the exceptional staff, and the excellent meals at Dock 37 make it a hotel you look forward returning to. A truly memorable stay.

When I got to Pan Pacific Melbourne, Christian, the Duty Manager and his team were very nice to me. Christian. Told me that I got a better room the Panoramic Suite. This is why I always choose Pan Pacific Melbourne. Pan Pacific Melbourne is in a spot in Southbank it is close to the airport and the city centre. I had a time at Pan Pacific Melbourne. The room upgrade was a surprise. Everyone at Pan Pacific Melbourne was very kind to me. I really liked my stay at Pan Pacific Melbourne. I travel a lot. My stay at Pan Pacific Melbourne was one of the best. The room upgrade was very generous. The team at Pan Pacific Melbourne did a job to make my stay special. I also liked the Club Lounge at Pan Pacific Melbourne. I went there for drinks in the evening. Danny and his team were great. They know a lot about beer, wine and champagne. This made my time at the Club Lounge very enjoyable. The breakfast team at Pan Pacific Melbourne was also very good. Von, Mila and Jamie Jess were all very nice. They said hello to me by name.
