Disappointment awaits
Absolutely appalling experience. We waited 30 minutes to check in 30 minutes with one solitary staff member at the desk and zero apology. No concierge, no help with bags, nothing. The staff we did interact with were rude and dismissive, treating us like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. The room was no better. Bathroom facilities were tired and well below what you’d expect for the price, and the air conditioner was faulty broken fan speed. This hotel does not deserve the reputation — or the rates — it charges. Avoid.

Warm welcome
The staff was very welcoming, breakfast was awesome with so much different choices, absolutely loved it when we were there. Definitely will go back when we get chance. Thank you so much for looking after us 🥰🥰

Great hotel, great location
Fantastic location, rooms are always fantastic, so much better than a normal hotel. Staff so very helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast caterer to all taste.

A Melbourne Favourite
I booked my accommodation a year ago and I have been upgraded to a queen suite. It’s in a very good and secure location and you can choose to walk to some attractions, shops and restaurants or take the tram or bus. I love the room, it’s clean and spotless. We have stayed in different apartment/hotel while visiting Melbourne in the past but this hotel is now our favourite.
