If I had more time and energy I would on to say how this 'luxury' hotel offers hostility at check-in, broken toilet seats in your bathroom, no toilet paper in your bathroom - which you'll need to make at least 2 calls down to the already hostile staff to ask for some from, separate beds when you book a king room when you are clearly a couple and really, enough said. Don't do it, stay somewhere else,.. anywhere really

Too many cutbacks and unhelpful staff
Reception were unhelpful and passed overcharges on to a (Manager) Unable to get through to reception to extend our stay. My Husband called while I had been waiting for more than 10 and got through immediately. Food was not great in the bar and we were rushed out so staff could go home.

Not happy with quality of service
Very old and tired room, fridge and lights not working properly and carpark was over 50£ per hour. Didn’t worth it.

Short weekend break
Great location, lovely helpful staff and a very pleasant place to stay. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Melbourne.

Amazing experience will be going back beautiful clean tidy hotel with a big kind bed that was super comfortable Food was great 10 out of 10. So glad I got a room here
