I would revisit this place again

We went for my birthday weekend and loved it. We even had breakfast there. We loved the hotel rooms; the beds were super comfy, and we loved the in-room shower.

The absolute highlight of the trip was checking in to find a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe King Suite. The room was incredibly spacious, complete with separate living zones, a full kitchenette, and a luxurious spa bath in the marble bathroom. The sweeping city views right from the suite windows made the space feel even more special and made it hard to want to leave the room. The location at the prestigious "Paris End" of Little Collins Street puts everything right at your doorstep. Endless Food Options: You are within a few minutes' walk of Chinatown's bustling lanes and the city's iconic hidden laneway dining and rooftop bars. Premier Shopping: High-end retail therapy is incredibly easy, with the premium fashion boutiques of Collins Street just one block over and Bourke Street Mall only a short walk away. Getting around Melbourne is a breeze from this property. The hotel is exceptionally close to transport links, including a quick 5-minute walk to Parliament Station and roughly 10 minutes to Flinders Street Station, alongside instant access to major CBD tram networks. The staff's warm hospitality and the generous room upgrade truly provided a seamless 5-star stay.

We stayed 3 nights. Room was cleaned once during our stay which I feel was unacceptable given the price and standard I would expect from this hotel. When we arrived back into the room after they had serviced it, rubbish had been left on the floor n glasses had not been cleaned that we had used. I was really looking forward to being treated with a luxurious stay but I was left feeling like I had stayed at some 3 star hotel. Can’t recommend n won’t stay again
