Comfortable suite at reasonable prices in great location with easy access to trains, shops and restaurants. The staff were generally very friendly and welcoming and made my stay very enjoyable. Management staff took effort to interact with guests by spending time in breakfast restaurant. Housekeeping needs improvement. As a long stay guest I had to report their failures to reception and management (after which everything was done very well)

We stayed for the weekend. Rooms are clean and a great size, feeling more like a small apartment. Dinner in Harry’s Restaurant was excellent, and the omelettes at breakfast were a perfect start to the day. Most importantly all of the staff were friendly and helpful - we’ll definitely stay here again!

This is a large hotel on Little Collins Street. Great location in a nice part of the city with upscale shops around the corner. Check in was efficient and the room was large with a separate lounge and dining area. The room was very dark due to being next to a tall building on the side street so there was no real view. It felt a bit claustrophobic. The room was also quite dated in its furniture and decoration. Not all of the jets worked in the spa bath. The pool area felt a bit neglected and was very small, needed a lick of paint here and there. Good points were the breakfast, nice choice and quality food, the beds and pillows were comfy.
