W for wonderful
The stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury - I would highly recommend this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Exceptional service! Everyone went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. We booked 7 rooms for our family to stay, including our dog who loved his stay also.

Exceptional
Practically perfect in every way! Couldn't recommend this more highly. The style, the service, the comfort, the cleanliness, the facilities, even the curated music - all exceptional.

Fancy hotel but service needs serious improvement
Stayed at the hotel for 5 days. From second day, the housekeeping forgot to make the bed. Third day I called to ask to have the bed remade, and they forgot again. While staying at the hotel amenities were not changed at all unless you ask them to do so. This has to be the worst experience at a 5 stay hotel. I am very disappointed. Location was excellent though. I hope this help other people in choosing a five star experience. It may not be what you are searching for. I have to say it does look fancy.

Perfect!
Just stayed one night but it was amazing - loved the pool, the rooms and restaurants! The service was amazing - we hope to go back again soon.
