The hotel is right in the heart of everything, which makes it super convenient for me. The exhibition venue, supermarket, food court, and merchandise shops are all within walking distance. There’s also Starbucks, Nando’s, and Walker’s Donuts nearby — and they’re open 24 hours, which is such a blessing! I was sad that my room was facing to connecting bridge of the other building behind, so no view at all. The excited one was, knowing that The Yarra River is just 300 meters across the street. Honestly, it’s a really great place to stay. Highly recommended!

First dont make our mistake and book a room without windows! We managed to get one with windows but the first night was claustrophobic. Perfectly situated and close to everything included transport. Breakfast was real good, staff great, gym enough for us, bar pleasant with friendly staff.

In the heart of Melbourne with historic buildings left and right this beautiful modern hotel stands out. But what makes the real difference is the staff. In particular Kayla-Leigh went extra mile to make sure that we had a room even though we showed up early and personally brought our things to us. She did all of this with patience (we bugged her several times) and a smile She’s professional and personable, and is the kind of staff that any hotel seeks.

Rooms are tiny, no windows or natural ventilation, rooms are dated also I can hear my neighbours more than I care to. Slapping the Hilton Brand on this is incredibly misleading. I’d be better off staying at the Holiday Inn or Ibis. The pictures advertise are the equivalent of catfishing. Also when asked to get a refund and leave immediately or even get a better room - zero help. Nothing available apparently but I can go online and see there is in fact something mildly better available. Genuinely unsure if windows even exist in this building so why do you advertise these photos. I feel like I’m in prison but have been upgraded for good behaviour. My review may change IF anyone cared to help but it’s too hard because it’s through an agent.

Nice room but on the small side. To have a river view we really don’t have a clear view of it. Train station right in front of us. Didn’t eat at hotel so I can’t comment . Front desk very nice . The gentleman’s name ends in “gar” super nice. Location is great. Tour great - food tasting . The art here is so unique. We would come back
