Extremely rude staffer
Extremely old world, featuring broken door locks, under powered air con and the duty manager that refused her name working on the morning of the 27th of Feb 2026 was the most rude human I have ever had the misfortune of engaging. My advice is stay away from this woke little old place and stay at the QT where people welcome you on your holiday with smiles, politeness, cool air and doors that open. Advice to the duty manager: learn some manners you woke little child and treat your guests with respect and they may react accordingly. Your complete lack of empathy was appalling at best.

Spacious rooms
Well located hotel with good access to CBD and local attractions. Rooms are spacious and provide all you could need for a decent stay. Reception staff were helpful and polite, housekeeping was very good. Some people might find rooms a little dated. Otherwise a great stay here thank you.

Lovely Melbourne city stay, the Hyatt is a beautiful hotel to have your Melbourne experience, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The location is central to all the Melbourne experiences.
