Luxury Hotel - Best kept secret in Melbourne - Leaves all others far behind in Quality and Luxury
Exceptionally luxurious, clean, spacious room layout and the dine in service was first class. Really good menu with lots of variety and catering to everyone. I stayed at the Park Hyatt Melbourne and because its on the city rim (but a short walk to elite Collins street) there was no traffic noise, no construction sounds. Perfect! I can’t wait to go back. I didn’t add photos because the ones on their website are so accurate.

Traditional 5-star still holds its own.
Lovely traditional 5-star hotel at the top end of town close to restaurants and the theatre district. Because it's just on the edge of the city you have nice views over the surrounding parkland and back towards the cathedral and city. It was our anniversary so we booked a suite which had a lounge and separate bedroom with enormous bathroom and wardrobe in between. The lounge had a gas log fire which was lovely and cosy on a cold winter's night. Complimentary sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch.

Lovely hotel in fantastic location. Easily accessed Melbourne CBD from here. The view of cathedral from the room was fantastic. Room Service and breakfast services were excellent. Sharing a pic with the hotel in the background.

4 star experience
Whilst this hotel is probably the go to hotel in Melbourne, it is getting a little dated. Lobby area has had some furniture updates but what is disappointing is that the hygiene of some staff need attention. Don't get me wrong I love pets, & the mascot Labrador is adorable but when staff are caressing the dog in a food lounge then handling your food it does not sit well with me. At least sanitize. Food has improved but the prices are ridiculous for what you are ordering. Location is great as it a short walking distance to public transport & city CBD

Fabulous hotel
A great place to stay, excellent hotel staff, excellent room and great breakfast. Would highly recommend when needing a Melbourne experience.
