1st Trip Graceland
Beautiful and great trip. 1st time here, Memphis and Graceland. Close to restaurants and Mississippi. Wonderful time. 1st visit to Graceland.

No Shuttles - Too Busy Loading Luggage
We booked they stay here because of its proximity. Upon arrival we were offered a free drink when we went to the café we found out that only means asmall glass of wine or a cheap coffee with no whipped cream or caramel additives. So we settled for a cheap cup of coffee that was absolutely disgusting. We opted to drive up the road to a McDonald’s and get an actual caramel frappe. Then the next morning we wanted to go to Graceland had an appointment for 900. We had a fantastic breakfast buffet at the guesthouse. When we got to the shuttle at 8 o’clock, A gentleman advised us that we could not use the shuttle yet because he had not cleaned it because he was busy multitasking as also loading and unloading luggage. He had just finished loading one car and told us he had another car to do and if we would give him 20 minutes, he would clean the bus and shuttle us to Graceland. Had we continued to wait, We would’ve been late to our appointment even though we were an hour early to the shuttle. So we proceeded to cross the multi lane road with no crosswalk due to active construction zone in order to be on time to our experience at Graceland. All because their shuttle driver is also multitasking as a luggage worker.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The the staff is incredible! We were only able to stay one night and hated to leave. The driver that took us to Graceland gave us lots of information about what to expect.
