Management going down hill!
I was so saddened to learn that the Guest House at Graceland lost TC, the hotel manager. He was what the hotel needed and it's really sad the ownership didn't see that. He always called to personally follow-up on our stays and I know was focused on attracting the next generation of fans. The new manager is only seen at the bar and not out and about greeting guests. When I inquired with the staff, they also stated that's the only place he hangs out and will let you know he is the GM when he talks with you. The service and atmosphere was much different this stay. I don't think I will stay here anymore. It's much cheaper to stay at other locations in the area, receive a better experience and then go to Graceland or their events.

Beautiful and friendly
Definitely would go back. We enjoyed our stay. Our view over the courtyard was amazing. Location was great. Lots of things to see and do. The venue was beautiful. Clean and spacious rooms. The shower was incredible. Would recommend to others.

Too many people who smoke in non smoking areas
I enjoyed our stay for the most part but don't think I would go back. Too many people smoking in areas that said not to and the staff did nothing. I did like seating out by the pool later in the evening on the coaches. The room itself is nice. Which we could have seen the movie. The music was nice.

A glamorous and comfortable guest house right next door to Elvis
A luxurious stay with an amazing Elvis experience. The facilities are lovely and our room was spacious. I particularly enjoyed the shower , with two heads. Outdoor fire pits add to the atmosphere and the pool area and gardens are well presented. I only wished I could have spent a little longer here as it was a very relaxing stay.

Highly recommend!
Great resort with so much to do! Pleasantly surprised by the list of what's going on for the day. Across the street from Graceland with a free shuttle. They have made it very easy for you to stay at the resort with the activities they have planned - even if you are not Elvis' biggest fan.
