Its a nice place...but the room wasn't cleaned on a daily basis....a little bit runned down...had a waitress at the breakfast restaurant...she started off cold but then came around to being nice ..I understand everyone has a bad day

Awesome hospitality, the food was always hot and delicious, and the room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Only complaint is lack of electrical outlets!

We had an amazing stay here. The decor is so fun and detail oriented, the beds are comfortable and amenities like the coffee maker and Elvis shows on tv are great. The fitness center is excellent. We had great meals at both restaurants and the coffee shop is very convenient and delicious too.

The location is less than 2 blocks from Elvis’ Graceland. Close to shops and entertainment center. There is a shuttle bus that drops and picks up from the entertainment center and shops. Also leaves you at ticket center for the Graceland tour. Hotel has lobby entertainment. Few restaurants and bar. Grab and go food shop also. Movie theatre to watch Elvis movies. Peanut butter sandwiches at 9 pm every night and chocolate milk. There’s also a gift shop to buy Elvis souvenirs. Rooms were nice and spacious. Beautifully decorated.

a hotel in the style and luxury of elvis, southern comfort and hospitality. there is a tranquil sphere with friendly staff. rooms are luxurious and full of comfort and the restaurants,bar and coffeecorner and top class. its a fair rate to what you get and all on walking distance of graceland!!!
