No Heartbreak Hotel
Very nice resort and right next to Graceland. All things Elvis and very nice. Clean, great food and atmosphere. Will be back.

Wonderful Elvis-themed hotel stay!
The location is great, being right next to Graceland. It was so convenient to hop on the shuttle that takes you there and brings you back. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was decorated beautifully, and had the most amazing smell in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean, and had every amenity we needed for our stay. We ate at E.P.'s for dinner and the food was incredible! And we loved the peanut butter and jelly late night snack offered every night!

First time visit for a conference, pleasantly surprised how nice this was while still maintaining reasonable pricing. Nice rooms and very good food.

Great Anniversary Getaway
The guesthouse is the perfect place to begin your memphis experience. It offers shuttle service between the airport and hotel as well as to Graceland every half hour. We did the VIP package and it was worth every penny. The staff both at Graceland and Guesthouse were professional and friendly. We did go to the free movie on sunday and hubby enjoyed the complimentary Pb&j sandwich and chocolate milk. Only suggestion is that they should offer a movie twice a day perhaps in the afternoon as well as evening. The nightly music is fantastic and on-site restaurants are reasonable. Located about 20 mins from Beale street uber cost about 20 dollars.

The property is Elvisy but not super fan Elvisy.
The property itself is fantastic. Clean, comfy bed and soft towels. I was underwhelmed by the lack of Elvis themed decor throughout though. I expected to see a big Elvis mural in the lobby. Nope. Nothing. It’s a beautiful lobby but no Elvis. The staff is not overly friendly, helpful or knowledgeable. The old guy bartender is rude. I thought this hotel was going to be more ELVISY but it’s simply just across from Graceland. Don’t get me wrong it’s a little bit of an Elvis experience (Elvis music piped in, live music, movies and PBJs) but not much of a visual Elvis experience.
