Forget the mixed reviews and stay here - we loved it!
Loved every minute - from being met by John who was lovely and helpful, being checked in by a lovely team, the tour of Graceland was fabulous - so quietat this time of year so felt really special. Then back after lunch to see all of the other exhibits which are really well done. We had a nice dinner then off to watch a film in the theatre - all included for free. Next morning we had breakfast and were looked after by Marcus who was great - the breakfast buffet was amazing! Loved being there - I had read all of the mixed reviews but honestly we had the best time and couldnt fault our stay at all!

Hard to beat
Great location, great amenities, great staff…exceptional customer service! Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend staying here…even in a blizzard as we did!

Gone downhill and the city does not care!
Has gone downhill, definitely not a four-star hotel anymore. The city only appears to care about collecting the 14.25% sales tax.

Amazing hotel and staff
Myself and my sister brought our lifelong Elvis fan mother here for her 80th birthday present . The hotel is beautiful the staff couldn’t do enough for us especially Erica in the restaurant what a beautiful woman she is . Fantastic hotel thank you so very much for making our mums dream come true x

We love the Graceland Guest House!
The Guest House at Graceland is our favorite place to stay. We enjoy attending so many events there such as Elvis Week, Elvis’s Birthday, ETA Concerts and the Graceland Performing Arts Camp. Our stay is always fabulous!
