The Guest House at Graceland

It’s like being in Disneyland but with Elvis. Great experience. Free shuttle to Graceland or you can just cross the street for the tour. Let’s just say if you’re a fan of Elvis, you have to stay here. Plus, it’s only 1.5-2 hours from Tupelo, MS

This was a bucket list holiday and oh boy it was worth every penny. The Guest House was exceptional. The rooms were outstanding . Nothing had been spared when this hotel was built. It is every Elvis fans dream stay . From when you enter the hotel Elvis music is discretely played in the background . The whole hotel is Elvis themed . The rooms are luxurious. We had two queen size beds with ample surrounding floor room , large luxury bathroom, everything you could need. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffee machine, toiletries. Every floor had a ice machine, vending machine and microwave for quests to use. The cinema showed a different Elvis film everynight There was a shuttle bus that took you to gracelands, free of charge. ( for those who wanted to walk it was five minutes away. Last but not least, the swimming pool which was great, surrounded in lovely gardens. If your an Elvis fan this is a must . Even if your not an Elvis fan this hotel is luxury.

I could not fault the hotel for its rooms the pool area, decor facilities etc......but the staff I'm afraid that we encountered there left a lot to be desired, I say encountered because I'm sure not all the staff were rude, so I won't generalise, the bar staff in particular at the hotel bar, they seemed to be irritated by the fact we even ordered a drink, looking at us with contempt and very impatient, dirty looks from bar staff, also I don't like the fact my card was taken off me to make my payment away from the bar which I thought was odd. As I said apart from that, I loved the hotel and was determined that wasn't going to ruin our stay , I would have given the hotel 5 stars , but I suggest you give your bar staff a lesson in customer service,they sure need it!!

We have always enjoyed the Guesthouse at Graceland ♡ Great service, beautiful rooms and excellent food! The restaurants are top notch and the bar is spectacular! We won't stay anywhere else!

The shuttle to/from the airport is great, if a little confusing to find at first. Quite a bit of underground walking. The lobby is beautiful and staff is very friendly. We only had good from EP's via room service and it was tasty. The room was ok. Beds were comfy, bathroom was nice. The desk chair looked like something with a "free" sign on the side of the road. It was in bad shape and a huge eye sore. The lady checking out in front of me reported the same thing on her room, so not an isolated issue. The lamp shade on the desk was also in bad shape and looked like a piece of paper someone had crumpled and tried to straighten. Really unfortunate and definitely took away from an otherwise lovely room.The thermostat also has issues and you could only push the temperature down button. I would hesitate to book clients there, unless they were specifically going there to visit Graceland, and would feel like I had to set expectations regarding the room. I appreciated the kindness of all the staff, they were wonderful. The grounds were also very nice.
